A graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Dr. Cynthia Allen opened SummerHills Dental in 1994 with a vision of providing affordable, compassionate and comprehensive cosmetic and general dental treatment for the entire family.
Dr. Allen enjoys giving back to the community especially by volunteering for some of the many programs here inLas Vegasthat give dental care to individuals that otherwise would not be afforded dental health. Programs like these include Huntridge Teen Clinic, Southern Nevada One-Day Kids Program, Donated Dental Services, and Smiles for Survivors which provides dental treatment for patients who have undergone cancer treatment and suffered from dental consequences. Professional affiliates includeAmerican Dental Association,Nevada Dental Association, andSouthern Nevada Dental Society.
As the Office Manager for over thirteen years, I have a strong belief in the dedication and commitment to excellence in our Dentists. They are truly amazing. I pride myself and my staff on giving nothing short of exceptional care to our patients. I love to spend my free time volunteering for the local hospice program, and being with my loving husband of 34 years and my beautiful daughter.
I have been in the dental field for 30 years. Love working at SummerHills Dental helping patients with their dental needs and to interact with them. Paul and I have been married 16 years. We have a daughter Makenna and a son Luke. Our family loves to hike and to make apple butter from our apple trees in our yard.
Originally from Canada, I attended and graduated with distinction from the University of Alberta in 1995 as a hygienist. I moved to sunny Las Vegas with my husband and 3 children in 2004. One of my favorite things about SummerHills is caring for our wonderful family of patients. The majority of my leisure time is dedicated to my family and serving the youth of my church.
Wanting to escape the bitter cold of the Midwest, I relocated to Las Vegas in 2015. I am thrilled that I have found SummerHills Dental. The dentists are amazing, the staff is exceptional, and the patients are absolutely wonderful. I am privileged to be able to apply my 25 years of dental experience at such a great office.

Everyone there is very kind and caring. I even have received phone calls from Dr Allen the day after a tough appointment to make sure I am not in any pain.

The service at SummerHills is always above the bar. I've had several dentists over the years, but none have been as professional and welcoming as the staff at SummerHills. Sue, Janalyn, and Dr. Allen complete the circle for me, from managing my reservations and time, to teeth cleaning and hygiene, to real advice on how to maintain a healthy mouth. I appreciate everything they do and have done for me. Thank you!

August 29, 2022 Today I went for a routine cleaning of my teeth. My husband had an appointment right after me. Janele is a wonderful, professional hygienist and treats us with such dignity and respect. Bill was fortunate enough to see our dentist Dr. Cindy Allen. She scheduled my husband for another appointment within a few weeks. He needs a crown. Dr. Allen cares about not only about our teeth but about us individually. There are no fears or worries when we visit Summer Hills Dental because they treat us like royalty with crowns, retainers, expertise, and the best of service.

Excellent dental hygienist - teeth are scaled and polished with care and left with a bright smile, Dr. Allen wants to preserve your current teeth for as long as possible and focuses on preventative care for each tooth - 'your best teeth are your natural teeth for as long as we can keep them healthy'

Summerhills Dental is truly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable in your dental health-care needs. From the receptionist and name master, Sue; the excellent dental hygienist, Sarah; to the extremely gifted Dr. Cynthia Morgan Allen; you will be treated appropriately. Generally, the dentist will do a quick in and out. This is not the case with Dr. Morgan Allen. She spends time with each patient and provides a clear treatment plan. If you are in need of the best, Summerhills Dental is the perfect choice.
