For the past 14 years I dealt with a broke tooth and a gap in the front of my mouth, whicj made the gap look even wider. I was embarrassed to smile or really had a hard time talking to people being, I do sales for a living which required me to talk. It wasn't till covid made us shut things down and we went to doing virtual videos. I saw a virtual video that I had posted of the place that I work with and I was embarrassed and actually just horrified when I saw what it looked like. It probably didn't look as bad as what I thought it out to be but it was enough to really upset me. I'd gone to several dentist and the cost,even with insurance was just outrageous. It wasn't until I was referred to Dr. Ketron, that absolutely changed everything for me. I went to see her and she was able to assess the damage and come up with the game plan. She ended up fixing that broken tooth plus brought the Gap together and I'm telling you what, I WAS ABSOLUTELY SPEECHLESS. Not only is she the best dentist in the world but I'm telling you she did a work of art. She is also an artist. I am forever grateful to her. I can honestly tell you, she changed my life and brought my smile back and confidence. The moment she picked up the mirror to show me what she had done, I couldn't hold back the tears. She gave me my smile back and and that piece of me that I had lost. She didn't charge me an arm and leg to do it either. She worked with insurance and it was little cost to me. But knowing what I know now and how it changed so many things I would have found a way to pay her a million dollars if needed :) Please give her an opportunity to make a difference in your life like she did mine. Thank you Dr Ketron.

I went to Dr.Ketron and she filled in 2 cavities. After the numbness wore off I felt that the filling was not smooth. I called and they said I could come in the next morning. Dr. Ketron did not ask me if i wanted any numbing and proceeded to go in to smooth the filling. Half way through this she hit a nerve and i instantly told her to stop. She then proceeded to tell the dental assistant that she didn't even touch my tooth it was the filling she was drilling on. After that I was never able to chew on that side without feeling pain. Fast forward 2 months later, that tooth broke! I had to go somewhere else and paid $500 for a cap. I emailed the office back telling them I would not be paying that balance due to the damage she caused on that tooth. Now I am getting calls from collections, after the first call I called the office and told them I reached out to them about the damage done and would not pay the bill. The receptionist stated she would have Dr.Ketron call me and I have yet to hear from her. I am still getting collection calls. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!

Over the summer of 2021, Dr. Anderson replaced old fillings for me. I had sensitivity issues so she had to replace them a second time. I still had sensitivity issues. She offered to replace them a third time or do a root canal. I just visited another dentist and he showed me the poor quality of the filings. I had a great experience with Dr. Adkins, but I no longer recommend this office.

I had a great experience at Dr Ketron office today. Dr. Ketron and her staff are very friendly and caring to my needs. They explained all the process and procedures in a timely manner and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Keton for any of your dental needs.

Cracked a tooth, Dr Ketron's staff was very attentive to my pain, got me is asap. Once in the clinic she took great care of me, was very gentle and was calming. I did have to get a crown. Wow this process was so simple. She prepped my tooth and the crown was back and ready for me within a week. When she put my crown on it fit perfect. No adjustments were needed. I have many crowns and this has never happened!!!! I would highly recommend Dr. Ketron for any dental needs!!! She is amazing!!!!

Dr. Summer Ketron is horribly inexperience. She ruined the teeth right side of my mouth up and down. She put two crown that are very week such that I cann't eat at all on my right side, and it's not gonna be like before ever. She made go to her dentistry multiple times to just simply adjust the height of teeth, but none of them worked. She even couldn't finish a simple feelings in one session, which made visit her again multiple times to ajust the height. It was waste of money and time.

I saw Dr. Summer Ketron after avoiding the dentist for years. The last dentist I went to said I had several dental needs then while working on a crown he was so rough that I bruised on the outside of my cheek and had a blue/purple bruise on my face for the next week. Needless to say I have major anxiety about the dentist. I was upfront about this with the receptionist, the dental hygienist, and Dr. Ketron. They allowed me to keep the heavy X-ray apron on (almost like a weighted blanket) throughout the entire visit and not just the X-ray portion. Dr. Ketron was very understanding that the amount of work my teeth required would come at an appropriate cost and worked with me regarding payment. I trust Dr. Ketron as I knew I had a history of bad teeth and she showed me every part of the X-ray where work needed to be done. The dental hygienist, Misti, was so patient during my cleaning. She allowed me to take breaks as often as I needed and would talk with me to provide distractions as well as letting me know what she was going to be doing next so I wasn't scared or overwhelmed. I highly recommend Dr. Ketron and her team!

Absolutely awful. My daughter came in for a permanent retainer and it was applied on incorrectly. They didn't let her teeth straighten out before applying it therefore it was applied on crooked teeth. Her teeth looked exactly like they did before, if not worse, than when the bracket was applied. She returned twice and each time they disregarded everything she said. It defeated the entire purpose so we wasted money that they refused to give us back and then tried blaming our family for not having enough money for paying for braces instead. It's bogus that due to us being unsatisfied with their poor work it wasn't enough for a refund. Shouldn't have gone with this cheap office. Seems to us they obviously don't care about patients of color.
