Dr. Sullivan is a native of the beautiful Northwest, growing up in Spokane, WA. During his high school years he underwent orthodontic treatment himself and subsequently developed a passion for the specialty. To begin his quest in becoming an orthodontist, Dr. Sullivan moved to the Northeast and graduated with honors from Villanova University with a Comprehensive Science major and Biology minor. He then ventured back to the West Coast to begin his dental education at the University of Southern California, one of the premiere dental schools in the country. He graduated with honors in earning his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from USC. Dr. Sullivan spent the next two-and-a-half years in residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH studying Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Upon completion of clinical and research requirements, Dr. Sullivan graduated with a Masters in Dental Science in 2009.
It was his Northwest roots and love for the outdoors that brought Dr. Sullivan to Central Oregon to start his orthodontic practice. When he is not helping patients create beautiful, wide smiles, Dr. Sullivan enjoys spending time outside mountain biking, snowboarding, and wakeboarding.
Our practice utilizes the most state-of-the-art technology in orthodontics to ensure our patients receive the highest level of comfort and care. Our approach to treatment is patient-driven and dedicated to enhancing each patients unique facial features.
Stephanie has always known she wanted to be in the dental field. She would come home from her dental checkups and make her brother be her patient. Growing up in John Day, where everyone knows everyone, she brings a sense of small town to our office. She enjoys hunting, fishing, jet skiing and the outdoors with her husband and baby girl, Roe. From the very beginning she loved going to the orthodontist and wants our patients to have the same great experience!
Nicole has always admired beautiful smiles and greatly believes in what they can do for a persons confidence. She loves helping patients along in their orthodontic journey to the smile that they love and are proud of. She enjoys being a part of a team that provides quality care in a positive environment for their patients. In her free time, Nicole enjoys hunting, camping, riding horses and exploring the outdoors with her boyfriend, David, and their two dogs, Sage and Jager.
Meaghan was born and raised in the Northwest. She has always had an interest in the dental field and enjoys working in orthodontics because she believes that everyone should have a smile to be proud of. On her down time Meaghan enjoys hiking in beautiful Central Oregon with her two dogs and boyfriend. If she isnt at work, she is out exploring new places.
Chelsea grew up in Central Oregon. With her father being a denturist, she saw the positive change in his patients when they had a great smile. This helped Chelsea to decide to be an Orthodontic Assistant. Her goals are to help people become more confident and to spread that joy to others by helping create beautiful, wide smiles. During her free time, Chelsea can be found in the outdoors with her two amazing children.
Juan is originally from Los Angeles, Ca. He moved to Central Oregon in 2012 and graduated as a dental assistant from Central Oregon Community College in 2017. Juan enjoys working with Dr. Sullivan in providing the many different options our office has to offer in orthodontic treatment for Central Oregon. Being part of a dedicated, and caring team and witnessing our patients progress and end result is a fulfilling thing to be a part of. Outside of the office Juan can be found riding his bike around town, spending time with his family, or enjoying everything Central Oregon has to offer.
Karen was raised in the Midwest and moved to the West Coast about 28 years ago. She really enjoys the weather and activities here in the Pacific Northwest. Her kids and grandkids all live here, too. She has worked in customer service for over 30 years. Both of her boys had braces growing up and she witnessed what a difference it made in their confidence as adults. She is excited to be part of the Sullivan Orthodontic Team.
Stephanie grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. She began working as a dental assistant at the age of 18. A couple years later she moved into the field of orthodontics because she enjoyed working more hands-on and loved seeing the change and improvement in her patients smiles and lives. She even got to do her own mothers braces! After moving to a few different states and working different jobs, she knew she was happiest working with orthodontic patients of all ages. Stephanie moved to Bend and joined the Sullivan Orthodontics team in May of 2019. In her spare time Stephanie enjoys the outdoors, and is an avid skier, snowboarder, and mountain biker.
Araceli was born and raised in California where she attended American Career College. She received her radiology dental license in 2001. Having experience in all areas of dentistry, Araceli finds orthodontics to be her favorite because she enjoys seeing the big smile on her patients faces at the end of their treatment. She loves knowing she has helped her patients reach a confident smile that will last a lifetime. She considers herself a very hard working woman with a gift of prioritizing her patients needs. Araceli loves this field so much that she will continue assisting her patients in orthodontics for as long as she lives.

All of the workers are fantastic. My daughter looks forward to her appointments. They have a great payment plan option, which has been so helpful! I would definitely recommend and have two more kiddos I'll be bringing here when it's time!!! Thank you for all you do, Sullivan Orthodontics!!

I was looking to get my daughter some braces so I did my research and I found Dr. Sullivan. I knew right away that this is the place I wanted my daughter to get her braces from. I totally made the right choice! The staff here is amazing, always happy and makes you feel very welcomed. I love how clean and organized the place is! Honestly, I loved it so much that I got braces myself! Keep up the good work and thank you for making our teeth beautiful!

Dr. Sullivan and his entire staff are so friendly and caring, even when it seems we are constantly in to repair a broken wire or something else that my kids seemed to have "broken". They do a great job taking care of my kids' teeth and making them feel like they're special. I never hesitate recommending them to anyone.

Everyone here is amazing and really looked out for us. My daughter needed help and we are low income family. They helped me navigate threw my choices and even reached out to a organization on my behalf. I couldn't have done it without them. They really care about their patients. All I hear is good things about Sullivan Orthodontics.

The entire staff of Sullivan Orthodontics is amazing. They really do love their job which made me feel confident that I chose the right place. All of the assistants were amazing and Karen is a fantastic receptionist! I thank her for being accommodating with the changes I had to make. I just recently got my braces off and I am so happy with the results. I highly recommend Sullivan orthodontics.

This place is awesome! I had them put on my braces and it tickled, and when I got them removed, it was a breeze. When they clean your teeth they ask what flavor you would like. They are very nice to you and treat you very well when operating.
