Jennifer brings more than 30 years of experience in oral healthcare to helping you understand orthodontics. She loves introducing patients and parents to our practice, answering their questions, and ensuring they know their smile is in excellent hands. Jennifer takes all records, explains insurance benefits, and sets up financials. She assists in our clinic and is our credential coordinator, too.
Shari has worked in the dental field since 2003; shes a Certified Orthodontic Assistant who keeps us organized and running smoothly. Sharis thrilled to be part of a team that creates great smiles and loves watching each person gain confidence. She assists Dr. Sullivan with all orthodontic procedures. She also oversees the clinic, coaches and trains our team, and monitors our sterilization. Additionally, she takes Invisalgn and Incognito records, reviews lab work, and orders supplies.
Ashley ROCKS! She enjoys all aspects of patient care, from putting braces on to removing braces at the end. She likes to explain things to patients so they feel comfortable and understand the whole process. She loves to make patients smile, and is a great team player!
It's good to see this friendly face again. Morgan has recently rejoined the team and it's like she never left. From her bubbly personalityto her orthodontic knowledge and her banter with the patients and parents just loves being in the clinic helping make those wonderful smiles!

Dr. Sullivan uses current, leading-edge orthodontic treatments to create beautiful smiles. These include self-ligating braces, which are more comfortable because they reduce pressure on the teeth. We also offer lingual braces, which are placed on the inside of the teeth and are virtually invisible, as are Invisalign clear aligners.
We will treat you and your family like members of our family. You are important to us and wed like to get to know you as a person. We look forward to learning about your life, interests, and dreams. Your visits will be a time for us to hear the latest news, share a few stories, and trade a couple of jokes.
One of the best things about working in orthodontics is having the chance to become part of our patients lives. Because care takes place over several years, and we see patients about once a month, we are able to build strong friendships.

Dr. Sullivan has been the best orthodontist! She and her staff are always extremely friendly and go above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and understand the next step we're taking with my children's teeth. I highly recommend bringing your kids to Dr. Sullivan and her team!

Highly skilled, excellent team who are also very customer focused. I just finished my Invisalign treatment plan to correct an out-bite. My top and bottom teeth have never been able to touch (even after braces in middle school) and now I can bite down and chew like a normal human :) 5 stars! Highly recommended!

We had a great first experience at this office. I was impressed at how Dr. Sullivan interacted with my daughter and really talked to her on her level. She came in very anxious and apprehensive and left saying that she loved that doctor. Thank you for making this experience great for all of us from start to finish, The whole staff at this office is great and professional.

Dr. Sullivan and her staff are always warm and friendly- our son loves going to his Ortho appointments! The hot cocoa or cookies might play a part in that : ) But overall I would definitely recommend their office for anyone with Ortho needs.

Highly recommend this practice. Dr. Sullivan has unbelievable bedside manner and a way of discussing/describing the procedure to young patients that is very effective and calming. Staff executed COVID safety practices flawlessly and as a seamless part of care.

I took my nervous 8-year old daughter for her first orthodontic exam and she loved the bright, fun atmosphere and super friendly staff. They even had her name on a chalkboard welcoming her as a new patient. As a parent, I enjoyed the streamlined functions of the check-in and evaluation. Dr. Sullivan had a positive attitude with my daughter and offered a reasonable plan of care related to her current needs. Bravo!

Very unprofessional. Every single time I went to a checkup on my braces they have done something wrong. For example, one day they didn't put new rubber bands on after taking the old ones off, which caused me to miss an important AP test as I had to go back to get the new bands on that they completely neglected to put on. Employees are also far from efficient. While getting a braces checkup, the lady working on my braces would stop whatever she was doing to talk to her colleague about taco bell instead of doing her job. Overall, very unprofessional. Dr. Sullivan and her staff are amazing! They are professional, explain everything and they are all so friendly! My daughter actually got her braces off today and it was sad leaving knowing we would not be seeing them until her follow up in five months. I highly recommend them!

I took my son to Dr. Sullivan because she comes highly recommended and my son has a complicated case. While the office staff and Dr. Sullivan were very friendly and good with kids, I did not receive a professional experience. Dr. Sullivan in a round about way tried to tell us to go elsewhere, like she didn't want to deal with his complicated case. I still requested a treatment plan which she said she would send. That same week I received a "treatment/financial plan" by email, but there was nothing detailing what was included for the amount listed. So I sent an email back asking questions so that I could make a decision if my son would treat with Dr. Sullivan. I never got a response to the email. The following week I got a call from her office asking if I had made my decision. I explained to them that I had questions and had never received an answer to my email. The girl apologized and promised to have someone call me by the end of the business day. Did I receive a phone call? NO. Have I received any phone calls since? NO. I understand they are probably busy and backed up because of COVID-19 and their closure, but then stop taking or acting like you will take new patients. Communication is key in a business and the lack of response is extremely disappointing.

Dr Sullivan and her staff are wonderful. My son was very happy with his experience. Whenever he needed an emergency appointment they would try their best to schedule him. Very cooperative. I would definitely recommend them.
