Dr. Sullivan grew up in Laramie, WY and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences and Pre-Medicine with Honors from The University of Wyoming in 2000. He was simultaneously commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army.
Dr. Sullivan then spent seven years on active duty as an Army Intelligence officer and paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division (Fort Bragg, North Carolina) and 4th Infantry Division (Fort Hood, Texas). During that time he deployed for four separate combat tours of duty in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Among other military honors, Dr. Sullivan is the recipient of The Bronze Star Medal, The Meritorious Service Medal and The Presidential Unit Citation. He still serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Nebraska Army National Guard, and provides dental services for Nebraska Guard Soldiers every month in Lincoln.
Upon leaving active duty in 2007, Dr. Sullivan attended The University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in Lincoln, NE to attain his DDS degree. He graduated from dental school with Academic Distinction, while also being awarded top honors for his research work and patient care skills.
Dr. Sullivan enjoys staying fit and spending time out in nature with his wife Mandy and his two children, Aidan and Agatha. He is an avid bicycle rider, and he is a classically trained tenor who always likes singing in music groups or anywhere else! Dr. Sullivan loves the Lincoln and York communities, and is ecstatic to be practicing dentistry here.

Nice staff. My child looks forward to going every 6 months for her cleaning, so that says something.

Went in for some pain issues with my upper teeth. At first everything was okay not overly friendly by any means. But when I went to get my bill they added on stuff I told him that I only had a certain amount of money and from $65 it went to $199. Second of all the doctor himself accuse me his exact words were you're just a drug seeker. Very very humiliating and degrading I've never been called that before in my life. He even talk to my doctor which okay the medication. Totally unprofessional people I would never go back. Word-of-mouth goes a long ways

Had a lot of work done. Dr said that jaw might hurt. Had mind blowing headaches for 3 wks & had to go back. Dr didn't grind down a filling far enough. Waited for final bill to be sent. Called for final bill to be sent. Waited for bill. Called again for the final bill. FIANLLY, after 2 months we received the final bill. Come to find out, we got billed AGAIN for the dentist's mistake. Most people don't like to get billed & have to pay twice for the same service, even the people that work there. Even having to wait 2 months for the bill, they were nice enough to write a note on the bill that is was more than 60 days late & will be sent to collections. Tried to talk to them about this & got the impression of "just pay us the money". A bad recommendation travels around faster than a good one. Wished I would've listened to others when I was asking for recommendations for a dentist.
