Born and raised in Union City, TN, Dr. Gabe Sullivan like his father, Dr. Jerry Sullivan, chose a career that gives back to the community and became a dentist. Graduating from the University of Tennessee at Martin BS Biology in 2002, Dr. Gabe went to the University Of Tennessee College Of Dentistry where he completed studies in 2006. After attending dental school, Dr. Gabe joined his father and together they worked side by side building the practice to what you see today!
Dr. Gabe has since taken over the practice allowing for Dr. Jerry Sullivan to spend more time with his grandchildren. Passionate about his career, there is no mistake that Dr. Gabe's patients are his number one priority. Continually striving to provide top of the line dental care, with an empathetic nature that helps ease anxieties a patient may be experiencing.
Dr. Gabe has strong community spirit and continually tries to help and give where he can. See the Latest News for the 'Dentistry From The Heart', an annual program where the practice gives back to the community and offers a day of selected free dental care.
When not chasing his 2 young boys around, Dr. Gabe likes to spend time with the beloved family dogs Jessie, Rudy, Little Man, Nellie, and Drake. He also is a strong advocate for programs involved in pet animal shelter and rescue. What little time is left over is spent working outside on his farm, hunting, and traveling.
Dr. Laura graduated from University of Central Arkansas in Conway, AR where she recieved a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Then, attended University of Tennessee in Memphis, TN for dental school and graduated with high honors.
From the time she was a small child, she always enjoyed school and learning new things. Dr. Laura always knew she wanted to help people with her knowledge. Healthcare was a big interest. In college, she began working part-time with a pediatric dentist and she soon became a role model and mentor. She inspired me to pursue dentistry as a career. I admired the fact that she was able to give back to her community. During a mission trip to Honduras, Dr. Laura fell in love with dentistry.
One of her goals is providing compassionate care in order to relieve patient's anxieties about visiting the dentist. Dr. Laura want to play a positive role in changing people's perspectives and preconceived ideas about going to the dentist. She also enjoys being able to help people relieve their pain and being able to add quality back into their lives. She enjoy working with patients in creating a beautiful smile that will help them get their confidence back.
Since spending several years working with a pediatric dentist, Dr. Laura especially loves working with kids of all ages. She believes taking children to the dentist at a young age and continuing with regular visits will help children grow up to be adults who are not fearful of seeking dental care.
She has been married to her best friend, Darren, for 8 years.They have a dog, Charlie, and a cat, Luna, that they love spending time with. In their spare time, we enjoy traveling and spending time with family.
