Dr. Christopher Havlik is the newest member of our team here at Sullivan Dental Clinic. He graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Following his undergrad, he completed dental school at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in June of 2019. Dr. Havlik received the Student Award of Merit from the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry and a Certificate of Recognition from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry for outstanding achievement

Born and raised in Mattoon, IL, Dr. Havlik enjoys serving patients in and around this wonderful community and getting to know the familiar faces at our practice. Outside of work, Dr. Havlik's interests include golf, baseball and coaching/umpiring men's baseball. Dr. Havlik and his wife Megan were married in August of 2020

Dr. William Havlik is well known for the genuine, personalized care he provides for all his patients. Dr. Havlik graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with a major Biology. Following his undergraduate degree, he continued his schooling at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. He has been in practice since 1980 and, as a life-long resident of Mattoon, is well known by many. Outside of the office, Dr. Havlik enjoys golfing, bowling and playing racquetball. He is married to Deb and they have one son, Dr. Christopher Havlik

Lisa lives in Sullivan and has been working for Sullivan Dental Clinic for 34 years. Lisa and her husband Gordie have 3 daughters and 2 granddaughters. In her free time she enjoys being with family and her grandchildren, and flower gardening.

Breanna lives in Mattoon has been working for Sullivan Dental Clinic for 3 years. She is married to Wade and they have two daughters. Breanna enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family.

Ashely lives in Windsor and has been a part of our team at Sullivan Dental Clinic for 6 years. She and her husband Blake have 1 daughter and 2 sons. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and baking goodies for friends and family.

Bonnie lives in Windsor and has been with Sullivan Dental Clinic for 36 years. She is married to John and together they have 1 son, 2 daughters and 3 grandsons. Bonnies hobbies include spending time with her grandchildren, and flower and vegetable gardening.

My name is Katie and I live in Sullivan. I have worked with the Sullivan Dental Clinic since August of 2021. I graduated from Lake Land College with my degree in Applied Science, and Dental Hygiene. Outside of work I love spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy being outdoors doing different activities.

Rhonda lives in Charleston and has been with our team for 21 years. She and her husband Bill have 2 children and 4 grandchildren. Outside of the office, Rhonda enjoys reading, gardening, sewing and crafting.

My name is Christy. I grew up in Tower Hill. I now live around Assumption. I graduated was Lakeland and have been a hygienist for 30 years. I have worked for Dr Havlik for 7 years. I have been married for 29 years. We have 2 great kids and 3 wonderful grandkids. I enjoy spending time with the family, camping, traveling, and crocheting.

Nacy was born and raised in Mattoon but now lives in Sullivan. She and her fianc Kyler have two beautiful children together. Outside the office, she enjoys camping with family, reading a good novel, and trying new foods when traveling.

Hannah lives here in Sullivan and as been serving as a Dental Hygienist, and Assistant on our team since June of 2019. She graduated from Lake Land College with a degree in Applied Science, and Dental Hygiene. Some of her hobbies outside of work include crafting, traveling to new places, and playing with her dog Oliver.
