Great dentist and excellent friendly staff. Got me in on very short notice due to my increasing pain level. Never any issues after the procedure was finished

Made an appointment for a root canal. Did so on the advice of my dentist. Took two and a half weeks to get a Monday appointment. The Friday before the root canal (which was supposed to be done ASAP) they called to say they did not take my insurance. Shouldn't I have been told sooner? Now it is going to take two to three weeks to get an appointment with another office. Unacceptable!

I was extremely nervous to get a root canal because I have had a bad experience in the past. Dr. Sullivan was phenomenal. He explained everything he was doing and checked on my comfort level throughout the whole procedure.

Extremely satisfied with the professionalisms and quality care that Dr. Sullivan and his staff provided me. Dr. Sullivan fully explained the procedure and went over post-care in detail. The root canal went smoothly and without the slightest bit of discomfort. If I need another endoscopic procedure I would seek care from Dr Sullivan again. Excellent visit.

I went there expecting to have 2 root canals.the secretary told me she wasn't sure if he would be able to do it. So she said that it would cost one thousand and something and I had over 800 in insurance left so I would have to pay the rest. After the dentist numbed one tooth. He said he could do the other one.the secretary came in to tell me that the other tooth was going to cost over 15 hundred I said that is ridiculous that the price without insurance is 50 percent more. Then she told me that she would talk to them about getting the other price she told me that it shouldn't be a problem then I signed the paperwork she said I would have to sign the new paperwork with the other price. When I was done I went to go and pay she told me that they wouldn't give me the lower price that to me is very unethical I should have refused to pay but I didn't. I'm an honest person but this dentist is not .
