I've been going to Dr. Sulkowski's office for over three decades and have always received professional and courteous treatment. They're the best!

This was an emergency visit for my mom whose dentist had retired. My mom had gone to her previous dentist for more than 25 years. We could not have picked a better dentist for this occasion. From the phone inquiry to the visit was very pleasant. Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Sulkowski made this emergency visit easy! Thank you!

I usually don't do dentist. So for me to go to one is rare. He was very kind and only the initial numbing shot hurt a little. Otherwise I was fine and no other pain. What he did for the tooth that needed filling replaced was accomplished and the other tooth he worked on which he said was really decaying he was able to get it to the point of not hurting and for now able to put filling in and it's good to go for now!

This dentist saved me from thousands of dollars. He fixed Everyone else's mistakes and everything is still good to go after 4 years.

I have had nothing but terrible experiences at this practice. I originally went for a cleaning and the dentist embarrassed me about the quality of my teeth. I unfortunately had to go again for a chipped filling, during that appointment the staff, including the dentist had gotten into an argument as my teeth were being worked on. It was a traumatic experience and I was extremely uncomfortable. Turns out the filling was done incorrectly and 7 weeks later my tooth developed irreversible pulpitis resulting in immense pain and an emergency root canal (done at a more professional practice.) Not to mention the environment of this office is so unwelcoming and the staff isn't very friendly. I highly recommend avoiding this practice at all costs, its not worth risking your teeth or your mental health.

A couple of years ago, I moved to Pa. A former dentist tried to prepare a tooth for a crown and broke it. He put a temporary one on but was very short. I came to Dr. Sulkowski and he was able to save the tooth and make a crown by going below the gum to anchor it. I was very pleased.

He (unexpectedly) carved a space between my 2 front teeth to make the cap fit. The cap is longer than my other teeth. I now have a snag tooth and a wide gap between my front teeth.

I had an appointment for a cleaning scheduled for 4/22. This appointment was made at my last cleaning in October. They canceled the day before due to "staffing issues" and the soonest they could reschedule me was yesterday, 6/7. Annoying, but not a huge deal. I showed up for my appointment yesterday just for them to tell me that they had to reschedule me AGAIN because their hygienist was "sick." No one called me. I left work an hour early for this yesterday. And now the soonest they can get me in if I want an evening appointment is NOVEMBER, over a year since my last cleaning. The receptionist tried to gaslight me and claim that they called me, meanwhile I was staring at my phone and had no missed calls or voicemails all day long. Anytime they call me to confirm, it shows up as William Sulkowski on my caller ID, so surely I would have answered. The best they could offer me was being added to a cancellation list, which we all know never does anything. I understand during the time of Covid, lots of businesses are dealing with staffing issues, but this absolutely does not excuse wasting your patient's time and lying about contacting them. If you're going to do this to the same patient twice, at least pull some strings to reschedule them at some point sooner than 5 months in the future.

Terrible temporary crown that fell off 30 minutes after the appointment on a Thursday. Staff not back until Monday. Then over billed for the temporary. Will NEVER return to this office!! Beware of deceptive billing practices!!

Will not be coming here anymore. Went in to get a tooth removed and after that, was scheduled a week later for a teeth cleaning. Was told it would only cost me $119 to clean my teeth. Fair enough. But, after I got my teeth cleaned, was told it was going to cost me $300. Although, they did tell me about an in-house plan that would deduct $100 from my $300 teeth cleaning, that's still ridiculous. I should only have to pay what I thought I was going to pay. Not more then I expected. On Monday, they want me to come in to get two teeth that I broke as a kid capped. Told me it was going to be $425. Forget that for two reasons. One, I have stated that I don't want my teeth capped but they are being very pushy and won't take no for an answer. Second, they'll probably charge me double what they claim I'll be paying. I'll take better care of my teeth but, I'll do it without being squeezed for more money. Sulkowski has just lost a patient. They are crooks.

Horrible. Very unprofessional and rude towards his patients. I would give it a "0" stars but it wont let me. I will never go back.

The folks at Dr. Sulkowski are great at their craft. They work efficiently to get you in and out of the chair. I also like the digital options for confirming your appointment.

Dr Sulkowski took care of an emergency crown issue today and on very short notice. Thank you to the Dr and his staff for taking great care of me.
