I'm a disabled patient. I rescheduled a root canal one morning because I was symptomatic and didn't feel like it was safe to go out, at risk of fainting due to my condition. When the rescheduled appointment day came around, I had a low grade fever and negative covid home test. I'm vaccinated. I called to ask if that would affect my appointment. THEY asked ME to reschedule. That was for today. This morning my husband was sent home from work with a 99.5 temperature. I called to ask if that would affect my appointment. After being put on hold, I was told the doctor was now refusing to see me AT ALL due to 3 reschedules It doesn't matter that the ONE reschedule I had was due to my disability and the other 2 cancellations were THEIR decision. I'm still black listed from getting care. Simply because I called with questions about covid precautions. No good deed goes unpunished, truly! EDIT TO ADD- They called my referring dentist to notify them of me being black listed for care. They failed to mention that 2 of the 3 cancellations they're holding against me are their call, and that I'm being punished for being an honest, disabled person

Dr. Sugita has all the experience, is very professional , thorough, courteous and friendly. I have no reservations recommending him. I talked to his partner on the phone, and I would say he is similarly inclined. The office staff is friendly, helpful and efficient.

Dr. Sugita and Dr. Nagai are great endodontists. They care about their patients. They are thorough but conservative. I refer to both doctors and my patients always come back with positive feedback and their work is excellent.

I was referred by my dentist as I've had issues with complications from root canals in the past. I was able to get an appointment the same day. Dr Nagai and the staff were very friendly and supportive. I really appreciate that you can break your payment into three as well. Will definitely go back .

Twice I have been a patient of Dr. Sugita for root canal treatment. I have been impressed with his gentle ways and high quality professional work. The staff is also very good and the atmosphere in the office relaxed and supportive.
