THIS place RIGHT here is seriously AMAZING! Not only does the dentist do an INCREDIBLE job...the nurses and staff are just the SWEETEST!! They take such GREAT care of every one of their patients....ME INCLUDED!! DEFINITELY referring to ANYONE and EVERYONE!!

Dr Rob and everyone there are very friendly and helpful, and make you feel comfortable .and welcome.and they make sure your dentures are going to fit right, they really care about their patients.i would recommend them to everyone, and would give more stars if possible

I sat for one hour 40 minutes waiting for my appointment. Got told I would have to reschefule never got to the see the dentist. I haven't had such a bad cutomer experience in long time. Yes I have private insurance so rhey over booked and have no regards of people's time . I guess they didnt need new clients especually paying ones.

Great front office very polite, the girls in the back are very funny and comforting and Dr rob is very gentle and eases my anxiety, overall great experience.

The Dr and Asst. are very kind and knowledgeable. They take their time to explain things, and make sure I understood my dental treatment. The staff goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and calm. I would recommend this office to everyone!

Dear Dianne Smith, I was there yesterday when you were. I know this because your behavior was unforgettable. I've never seen an adult act like that. From what I gathered, you did not have all of your insurance information. At 4:45(they close at 5) I heard the front desk worker tell you, you would have to reschedule and you started screaming at her and reached through the protective glass. You were there for an hour, not an hour and 45 minutes. I'm surprised you were not escorted out by the police. You acted completely inappropriate and psychotic, if I'm being honest. Next time you go somewhere make sure you have all your information. I've had nothing but good experiences with Sugar Creek Dental. Myself and my children have been going since they opened. All staff and Dr are amazing! I hope you have the day you deserve.

Worst dentist ever! I went to have cavity's done, they completely messed up on teeth I have a hole from where they filled a cavity, and on one of other tooth they didn't completely take the cavity out.Would NOT recommend going here!

Dr. Guenes and ALL of his staff are the most down to earth people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have been having to get fillings and extractions with them, never once did I feel upset or anxious. Dr. Guenes really knows how to keep it real with you!! Way to go ya'll. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 10/10!!!

I was scheduled for 3 fillings. I got there; had the shots done and the first filling done. I was then told I had to reschedule for my other fillings because my dentist had decided on his own I NEEDED to use the laughing gas because I was afraid of the first needle, I never use laughing gas and I didn't ask nor want it. They canceled the rest of my appointment and tried to make me reschedule two weeks later, I won't be coming back and it's really disappointing to have dentists who don't even ask their patients what the next move should be for THE PATIENTS teeth.

Had my daughter(6yr old)in for her dental visit, and had a great experience from making appoint to the goody bag. Thank you Garfield Schools for recommending us. Very good with kids. Highly recommend Sugar Creek Dental

I have been to tons of dentists since I was a kid I was just handed bad teeth I went to Dr.Marty in Fairview and he passed away I had so much trouble just finding a dentist that was patient and kind and cares about people until Sugar Creek Dental came along the staff is amazing they are so loving and always laughing and make you feel like your family also until I found this amazing place I was goin to Okarche that dentist never even mentioned to me that dentures or partials was an option for me he Just kept pulling teeth I will never go to another dentist Sugarcreek is my Dental home

I think I have found my permanent dentist he is very good and the staff very friendly and helpful they made it where it was not a bad experience. I am truly happy with the service I got today if you need a dentist I highly recommend sugar creek

I have put off dentist 15+ years out of an irrational fear & a past horrible experience. The amazing staff & competent Dr. Completely went above & beyond what I could have ever imagined. The were patient kind worked with me entire time it keeping me informed, calm , "in control" even financially plus the girls there were funny honest & never made me feel pressured or like I was a bother. Hands down changed everything for me. I'm not afraid of the dentist because of them! Amazing! Thank you all at sugarcreek! (Building was as unique & awesome as they were 2!)
