Not so bad, services were good. Today was my first day there with my son. But I feel like the doctor should have explained things more details and not in general of what is going on with my son tooth. We are new patients she did not introduce her name when she walked in, I had to asked the front desk what's the doctor's name. But, so far the girls services are perfect . I will be going here soon again for my daughter & I'll leave a review again here if anything . Thanks.

Long wait times....they give you appointment at a certain time. Then, you wait an hour to be called in, unacceptable.

I've taken my autistic daughter there. She is low verbal. They kept switching techs around in the middle of her xray pictures. The last one chastised her when she cried in pain and told her to use her words. I reminded the tech that she has autism. After everything was done with our appointment they recommended pulling a tooth out that wasn't loose with no numbing or anything. As a mother not wanting to traumatize her experience with a dentist. They don't understand how important it is to keep a special needs child comfortable to go to a dentist. I left I'll be finding a new dental office. This was the second chance that I gave sugar bug.

This dentist office is by far the best in staff service and professionalism. My daughter has autism and is always hard to find a good match for her direct needs. This place makes us feel cared for and is a great wholesome feeling for both my daughter and I. I feel greatly appreciated for the staff members at sugar bugs. Keep up the great work because you do make a difference.
