Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. Alina is such a great hygienist. She's so personable but also very professional and thorough. I love that I see her every visit and she knows my history. This is a great dental practice overall. I highly recommend it.

The reason I am removing two starts is the wait time. I got there 10 min prior to my 2pm appointment. Three ladies showed up after I did and got called first. I wasn't taken to the back till almost 2:30pm. On top of that I had to wait an additional 15min after my x-rays for the Dr. to show up which he never did. Suzette Waite is AMAZING! Did not feel any pain/discomfort when getting my x-rays or teeth cleaning. The Dr never showed up so she began my dental cleaning. She's the best!

They got my Last name wrong. Now I'm getting collection mail because insurance rejected the claim due to a clerical error made by this business. They are ruining my financial reputation/credit history. They told my wife that they will call when the problem is resolved. No call yet. This issue is still ongoing MONTHS after the visit!!!!

I moved to Texas from Tennessee and this was the closest modern dentistry I have never felt so uncomfortable at a dentist bc I didn't want a procedure done I knew I didn't need they automatically assume I can't afford it and they tried to get me to make payment plans don't take no for an answer they asked me why when I don't have to explain myself to anyone my body my choice and I do not owe anyone a explanation when it's my treatment plan not there's

To say this place should be called McDonald's Dentistry would be an insult to the lackluster standards of McDonald's. At least McDonald's doesn't make bones about their inferior quality. McDonald's Dentistry wants to offer inferior quality and for you to act like it's a privilege to be seen by them.

After an accident my front teeth were basically rearranged. For over a month now I've been to several different dentists and specialist that kept passing me along, no one really knew how to handle my case. Super thorough, gentle and patient Dr. Peter and his team are an absolute breath of fresh air. I now have answers and a solution for this very traumatic dental issue. I never thought that one day I would be able to say that having a deep and professional dental cleaning could be a relaxing and truly pleasurable experience until I was treated by Suzette today. She was very meticulous, dedicated, and she has such a light hands that I barely felt she was working on my mouth. Suzette took her time to do a professional work, no rush, always making sure I was aware of what she was doing and that I was okay. She also provided good tips for improving my dental health. Thank you so much Suzette, I can't believe that I am looking forward for my next cleaning in 6 months.

Dr. Tran is not a professional nor a good orthodontist. She never thoroughly explained the process of my brother getting his braces. The day that my brother came in to get his brackets, Dr. Tran rescheduled my brother's appointment to a different time without letting my mother or her patient know. And when my mother had told her that she (Dr. Tran) never came to tell her personally about the rescheduling, she rudely told my mother that she is about to go on break and rudely again asked my mother "Why, do you want to go somewhere else?" Once Dr. Tran finished my brother's brackets that day, his brackets broke off no more than hour after it was done. So, we called the office to let them know about the broken bracket and they stated we could still come that same day but unfortunately we could not make it back within that same day so we, of course, rescheduled to a different day of the week (today). My mom received a confirmation email stating that the appointment was scheduled for Thursday at 5pm. I took my brother to his appointment and we got there at 5:06 pm, but as soon as we check in, the lady at the front desk told me that my brother's appointment was scheduled at 4:30 instead of 5 and that Dr. Tran supposedly gave us a 15 minute grace period and left before we could even get to see her. All I want to say is the unprofessionalism and disrespect of Dr. Tran literally ruined not only our experience but mainly my brother's experience of getting his braces and instead of being the healthcare professional that she is, Dr. Tran intentionally was passive aggressive towards her patient, my brother, and also my family. And now we have already contacted the office to contact her so we can know what to do because this broken bracket in my brother's mouth is a choking hazard. This comes to show not only the type of healthcare professional Dr. Tran is but also the type of person that she is to let a 16-year-old child go back home comfortably with a broken piece in his mouth. My family and I are truly truly disappointed with our experience with Dr. Tran and I would advise no one schedule with her for their own safety. Thank you.
