Dr. Holly Doffing completed her bachelors degree in biomedical science from Texas A&M University before attending dental school at the University of Texas in Houston, graduating with her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2002. She is constantly pursuing continuing education courses in order to stay at the forefront of the dental field, and she is a member of several dental organizations, including:
Dr. Emily Gardner completed her undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University, earning a Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering. She then attended the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston and completed a fellowship in treating patients with complex medical conditions and neurodevelopmental disabilities. She has received awards for high achievement in special care dentistry.
Dr. Gardner joined Sugar Land Dental Wellness in January 2020 and is constantly pursuing continuing education to broaden her skill set and provide patients with the most cutting-edge care. She is a member of several dental organizations, including:
Dr. Gardner grew up in Sugar Land and is a graduate of Clements High School. She is happy to be back practicing dentistry in her hometown and raising her children here. She and her husband, Kyle, have identical twin boys, Preston and Owen. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, baking, walking her dogs and spending time with her family.
Angela was initially part of Sugar Land Dental Wellness from March 2012 to September 2017. She rejoined our team in her new role as office manager in March 2020. Angela enjoys meeting our patients and building long-lasting relationships with them, and she works hard to help our patients understand their recommended treatments and insurance benefits. She has loved coming back to the office and hearing our patients excitement.
Anissa graduated with an Associate of Applied Science degree in dental hygiene from Wharton County Junior College, where she was named as the outstanding hygiene student of her class. Anissa joined our team at the end of August 2016. She enjoys being part of an amazing group of women who work well together and complement each other, and she brings with her over 15 years of experience and a love of caring for her patients.
Kimberlee graduated in May 2019 from the Wharton County Community College dental hygiene program and joined our team in July 2019. She strives to ensure that each patient is comfortable during treatment. She loves being part of a team that works together to provide the best possible care for all of our patients.
Maria attended the Houston Dental Assistant Academy and joined our dental family in September 2020. She loves working chairside assisting with many different procedures and enjoys helping our patients feel relaxed and comfortable while she prepares them for treatment. Maria is a great team player and has a compassionate attitude toward her patients and co-workers.
Maria has two children, Raymond and Alyssa, and a chihuahua named Pepper. Outside the office, she loves to help people in need and can often be found volunteering and assisting with fundraisers for the less fortunate.
Zoe graduated from Penn Foster High School in just two and a half years and joined our team in November 2020. She enjoys being part of a team where everyone is always ready to help, and she is diligent in ensuring that our rooms are properly cleaned and prepped for patients as well as assisting our dentists during procedures.

My dentist that I had been seeing for 25 years retired! Dr. Emily Gardner was recommended to me by a dentist, I have nothing but good things to say! I had a badly chipped front tooth and was able to get an appointment the same day. Dr. Gardner did a superb job patching the tooth with composite resin, and the color matches perfectly. The tooth looks like nothing ever happened. Love it!

Such a good dentist!!! Didn't realize how unhappy I was with my previous dentist until I came here. The hygenist that cleans my teeth and gums is very thorough and careful to make sure the cleaning is complete. My previous dentist did not. I am very happy here!!!

Me and my family have been going there for over 10 years. They have been consistent with their professionalism and service the whole time. Initially when I started coming to Dr. Doffing's office, my teeth were not in good condition. Through the years we have developed a course of action to help restore my teeth and gums. Now she is involved with my new Invisalign that will give me a handsome smile. Dr Gardner has taken over the practice and the transition was smooth. I still receive the same great care as before.

I have had the hardest time finding a good dentist who has integrity and provides high-quality dental care. Dr. Gardner and staff have far exceeded my expectations. Anissa is an amazing hygienist who took her time walking me through my x-rays and explaining any areas of concern. She performed a very thorough cleaning and explained the entire process. Dr. Gardner's examination was not rushed; she took her time checking my jaw alignment and structure (a first in my 40+ years!). She was very thorough when checking my gums and teeth. Although this office is out of network for my insurance, I will be paying the extra cost because the level of service is well worth it. Thank you to Dr. Gardner and team for being a great team!
