Secretary/Assistant is very nice and informative. Authentically caring and makes me feel very welcome and relaxed. Doc very good and caring...knowing some of my fears he made sure to keep me comfortable and check on me. 100% recommend Sugar Hill Family Dental.

I've never liked going to the dentist until I found this one. I've been multiple times for multiple procedures(wisdom teeth, fillings, and cleanings) all were done with no issues at all. Everyone in the office from the receptionist to the dentist and hygienist are very welcoming and makes sure you're taken care of. Would highly highly recommend.

Horrible experience all around. You get what you pay for. The office is unprofessional. He does not employ a receptionist, so the dental assistant yells from the back to the front to you. The cleaning was rough and uncomfortable. The dentist said I needed two covers for recession, and he started drilling before I was numb. I was coming off the table, and he said, it will be fast, you're not getting a real filling. Well he was still drilling on my tooth! They are always in such a hurry and don't even take the time to make sure you are numb!!! He did such a horrible job my filling popped off with flossing two weeks later!!!! Awful. I will pay more to see a real dentist that cares about his patients.

Found this place by accident....literally! My son took a baseball to his mouth and it was late in the evening (6:15). I was frantic trying to find a dentist that was still open. I came across Sugar Hill Family Dental and saw they closed at 7pm. I called and explained the situation and Emily told me they would wait for us to arrive. We didn't get there until 7:15. I was so grateful for their willingness to stay late to take care of my son. I'm sure they have their own families to go home to but they stayed late for us! Dr.Sol and Emily were wonderful and treated us with such kindness and professionalism. They weren't rushing through to hurry and get us out of there. They took their time with my nine year old and fixed his tooth. He walked out smiling! I am so grateful for their gentle touch and going above and beyond!

I've been looking for a good dentist for a few years and I've finally found what I've been looking for! This is by far, the most caring dentist I've ever had. I went for a second opinion because someone (not naming names) wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for a pretty extensive procedure. Turns out, all that was not needed, I got taken care of (in and out including new patient paperwork) ON A SATURDAY in 2 hours without paying a cent out of pocket. The office is clean and well maintained, the staff is friendly and all the equipment is clean and new. Not only did Sugar Hill Family Dental give me the care I needed, they treated me like they were working on their own family member. Such precaution was taken when I explained that I had a bad experience with dentists as a child. The dentist was so understanding and explained what he was doing, when he was doing it and how it worked. This will be our family dentist for the years to come. Highly recommend!!

Not only did Sugar Hill Family Dental take my husband on as a new patient to perform an emergency dental procedure, they took him on a Saturday during a holiday weekend. The staff was courteous, polite and very friendly. Dr. Sol did a great job and relieved my husband of immense pain. If I could give 10 stars I would. This is most definitely our new family dentist.

After years of not going to a dentist, this place helped me get my dental work current. I didn't feel judged at all, it was actually the opposite. My hygienist gave me recommendations on what I can do moving forward and even gave me tips for my husband who's equally afraid of dental work. Dr. Sol involved me in the decision making of dental work needed and I LOVE that they have Saturday appointments so I don't have to take time from work during the week.
