If I have to give 0 star to this I would first I scheduled appointment for cleaning and X-rays when I got there they ask me to pay first I did and then they start me doing the x rays and then they let me waiting on the chair for 20 minutes after the assistant came told sorry the hygienist didn't show up and the doctor will clean your teeth yes he did spent five minutes cleaning them lastly after couple days I scheduled another appointment with different dentist I ask them to email me my X-ray they want $ 50 fees if you want to spend time and money go to this office it's just a sat up.

My daughter and I went in for new patient visits today and had a pleasant experience. From check in to check out everyone in the office is very professional and kind. Dentists/ hygienists make me nervous for some reason but I felt very calm and secure here. I never felt like we were being over prescribed treatment. Our visit was educational and thorough. I am actually looking forward to coming back for further treatment. 10/10

It was a very pleasant first experience as a new patient! From the reception, to taking multiple x-rays, the doctor's expert and professional services and completed with the great office manage's explanation of the treatment plan! Dr. Andreia Nicola is a very good dentist and expert in many domains that other dentists do not perform without referring you to other offices. It is worth the drive to Atlanta for sure! I am excited to see the end results!

My hygienist did a great cleaning! The doctor was super attentive to my concerns during the dental exam and when I had a chipped front tooth fixed. Staff is nice and office was clean :)

Dr. Choi is a TOTALLY Disrespectful! She told me I was NOT brushing my upper back tooth. The situation was, I had a cavity from last year 2021 and didn't have the money to get it fixed until today. 2022!!! So the cavitiy progressed. She told me I wS NOT brushing the back upper part of my tooth! She told me I was NOT! What an insult! That's like accusing someone of not bathing. You don't insult someone's oral hygiene when you are a professional and being paid to fix it! She could have said. Hey, make sure your brushing this area back here to prevent further decaying. I thought this woman went to school to fix oral problems that ppl have , not to shame them. She heard me tell the assistant that she was rude.Then she came back TRYING to act nice. Changed her attitude and tried to become more friendly. She accidentally wet my face, front and back of my shirt up with water. She laughed, didn't say excuse me.I know it was an accident but at least act like you care! Then she pinched my lip with an instrument , gave me a mirror to look at my teeth and I saw that my lip was bleeding, she just said "that happened in the procedure " she didn't even offer an apology. Then when she filled my teeth she left the filler feeling rough. I asked her to polish it. She tried to debate with me that I was feeling ridges from my natural teeth. I KNOW what feels unnatural in my OWN mouth. I had to ask her THREE times to polish my ONE tooth until smooth. It was like she was to proud to accept she did not do a perfect job the first time. She is stubborn. She made me feel bad, she insulted me and she was condescending. I never want to see that arrogant rude woman again! I wonder if she treats her own people like this or just "others". Her bedside manner is awful. If you want great service and want to be treated with kindness , and respect choose another practice. This woman will shame you for having bad teeth..that she was trained to fix!

I'd like to thank Tania for her warm greeting as soon as you walk into the clinic. Such a sweet person over the phone setting up my appointment as well in person. The dental assistance Ionna was wonderful during my visit and very patient. As well the young lady translating so my mother could be well informed during the whole visit! Never had such a phenomenal experience elsewhere. Thank you.

Hands down the best Dentistry I've had the pleasure of going too! The whole team is phenomenal. Went in for a consultation and ended up getting my issue fixed that day in about an hour. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations! And Tania you and your team are the bomb, I'll for sure be returning and recommending Sugar Hill Corners Dentistry for all my friends, family, and colleagues.

At one point I never had any issues, now my appointments are canceled quite a bit and I'm notified via text not even the curtesy of a phone to reschedule. I was told several times I would receive a call but never did. Tanya used to have me in and out when changing my braces. This last retighten was the worse, I now have cuts in my mouth from the last visit. Highly disappointed
