Dr. Brittany Dickinson grew up just outside of Fort Lauderdale, in Weston, FL. She fell in love with Chicago, made the leap of faith to move here in 2014 and never looked back! She took the reins at Sugar Fix Dental Loft here in Chicago in 2020, and it is truly the practice of her dreams. At Sugar Fix, Dr. Brittany has created a spa-like atmosphere treating her patients to white-glove service that she has become known for. Her relationships with patients are true partnerships in achieving their healthiest, most beautiful smile.
Outside of the office, youll find her taking in an exhibit at the Art Institute, salsa dancing with her husband, or catching one of the Broadway in Chicago shows. She also gives back to the community as a volunteer with the Junior League of Chicago.

Sugar Fix has a spa-like feel, and top notch, very experienced staff. It's actually relaxing now to go to the dentist! The cosmetic work I had done is nothing short of amazing. Doctor Brittany's artistic talent and the beautiful, peaceful environment combine for a one-of-a-kind experience I didn't know could ever exist in a dental office.

The experience was bougie, in the best way. They provide a level of amenity that's incomparable. Not only was it the most effective cleaning I've ever had, I enjoyed every minute of the cleaning. Which is something to say about a dentist for sure!

Dr Brittany and the Sugar Loft team have brought a level of hospitality and expertise to dentistry that I have not ever seen before. Highly recommend them to anyone that does not like going to the dentist (which I assume is most everyone)!

Recently I saw the dentist that was there Dr. Emery and she was super nice, but was so chatty I barley had any time to actually talk about my teeth (during the allotted 1 hour lunch break I had). Also, this was my first time going to an out of network dentist and I had thought that you would just pay out of pocket and your dental insurance would reimburse you for the full amount well turns out my insurance gave me 1/3 of what I paid. Who wants to go to a dentist (where it's normally free in-network for a cleaning) and pay $240 (without x-rays) if you do not have to.

This was my first time going to an out of network dentist and I had thought that you would just pay out of pocket and your dental insurance would reimburse you for the full amount well turns out my insurance gave me 1/3 of what I paid. I called in to figure out what was going on and learn they are having issues with the insurance companies and I should be paid over the next 5+ weeks or so. At this point, I have already been waiting almost 3 months.

I'll admit that going to the dentist wasn't my favorite activity but that changed when I went to Sugar Fix. I have dental anxiety but the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. Plus, all the little amenities make it a relaxing experience I never thought I would have at the dentist's office. It felt more like a spa treatment rather than a routine cleaning appointment! I'll definitely be back!

Had such a wonderful experience! Dr. Brittany's office is so cozy and comfortable (it felt like a spa), nothing like a regular dental office. Everyone was so welcoming and most importantly it felt Covid safe. Highly recommend!

Dr. Brittany exhibits a wisdom, kindness, patience, thoroughness & gracefulness that I could not imagine any other dentist could provide. There may be dentists who have some of those qualities but she embodies them all. AND her space mirrors all her loveliness too. The staff delightful and welcoming. I could not say enough good things about Sugar Fix. I highly recommend.

Dr. Emery and staff (especially Kayla) will go the extra mile to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your smile. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. I highly recommend Sugar Fix to anyone who needs dental work.
