Erin Langevin, DDS has been a resident of Crawfordsville for the last 14 years. She is originally from Georgetown, IL. She obtained a Bachelors of Science, majoring in microbiology from the University of Illinois. She became a Hoosier once she entered dental school at Indiana University School of Dentistry. She graduated IUSD in 2008. Since graduation, she has been in private practice & public health. She completed a seven year commitment as a National Health Service Corp clinician providing services to those with limited access to care.
Besides creating beautiful smiles, Dr. Erin is busy raising a young family. She & her husband, Michael are parents to 5 children. Her kids attend South Montgomery schools. Dr. Erin has been in the field of Dentistry since being an orthodontic assistant in college. Did you know she even met her husband at the orthodontists office? When you meet, you will find that she loves to discuss her family, mom life, & travel & invites you to do the same!
Dr. Erin provides general family, implant & cosmetic dentistry at Sugar Creek Smiles. She enjoys seeing the littlest patients, to the elderly. No matter the age, Dr. Erin shows compassion & excitement & develops a unique individualized treatment plan that fits each patients needs.
Dr. Erin is excited to offer implant placement & restorations in house. She has extensive implant training & is a member of the International Dental Implant Association. She also holds membership with the American Dental Association & the Indiana Dental Association. She loves attending continuing education courses. She is a dental nerd & enjoys studying & reviewing dental cases to learn & provide the best care for her patients. Dr. Erin has also traveled internationally four times to provide dental services to those who do not have access to modern dental care.
Dr. Erin has submerged herself in making a modern, inviting & comfortable office. She wants her patients to feel welcome & know they are receiving the best care possible. Enjoy a cup of coffee or bottled water when you arrive. Better yet, we want you to take a little treat as you leave, our freezer is always stocked with ice cream!
We believe Sugar Creek Smiles should utilize the most up to date technology. We employ digital radiographs and intraoral cameras. We also utilize a CBCT to give us a 3-D view of the teeth & jaws. This allows us to digitally plan implants, extractions, & dentures.
Not only do we have large TV screens in front of you (so you see what we see), but we also have ceiling mounted TV screens for your entertainment during your treatment. If you still need a little more relaxation (like most of us), we offer laughing gas (nitrous oxide) and conscious sedation.

I would recommend Sugar Creek Smiles to everyone I know that has any dental need! I have high anxiety about going to the dentist but with the help from Dr.Erin and her staff I was able to make a plan and achieve my dental goals without anxiety or pain! They have an amazing team that truly listen to you!

I have really been impressed since the first time I went, I even changed my daughter from one dentist to Sugar Creek. They all are soooo friendly! They actually make you feel at ease and comfortable they talk to you through everything keeps asking if "your doing ok" they make you want to get your dental work done lol I highly recommend Sugar creek Smiles!!!

Highly recommend! After calling and even going to several appointments to get my little guys cavity filled, Sugar Creek Smiles got him taken care of. They were so good with him. If you have kids, this is the place to go!

i've had bad experiences in the past with the dentist. dr. langevin has great manners and is truly passionate about what she does. she values patient comfort and privacy and is all around a pleasure to be with. highly recommend. she also takes great care of my teeth even with my braces. staff is also incredibly friendly!
