Dr. Sue Chadwick Walker, DMD, PC Dr. Sue Walker is originally from the small town of Preston, Idaho. She received her undergraduate training at Utah State University and Idaho State University. After moving to Portland, she completed her dental training at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU), receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene in 1990 and her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree in 1995.
Dr. Walker took over the Milwaukie dental practice of Dr. Orville Boyle when he retired in 1996. Aside from her private practice, Dr. Walker has also taught at Portland Community College as a supervising dentist and has been involved as an associate professor and student mentor at OHSU. Dr.Walker is actively involved in many study clubs that provide the opportunity for continued training. These include the Portland Dental Research Group, Northwest Oral Surgeons Advanced Implant Study Club and PROH. Dr. Walker is a member in good standing of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Away from the office, Dr. Walker enjoys spending time with her husband, Wally, and their three children. They spend many hours transporting children to and from school and church activities. When not in the car, Dr. Walker enjoys cooking, gardening and reading a good book.
Bobbi works in our office as a dental assistant and helps our office work like a well-oiled machine. We appreciate the ways that she looks out for each of us. Bobbi is a busy mom of four and a jackof all trades. In her free time she enjoys music, reading, teaching fitness classes and sneaking in a nap when no one is watching, which unfortunately never happens because she is a busy mom of four! We are lucky to haver Bobbi in our office and enjoy her fun and caring personality.
Emmelie Walker is a 2011 graduate ofWest Linn High Schooland a 2013 graduate ofClackamas Community College. She has worked with us since 2011, assisting the front office. When she is not at work, she enjoys time with her family. She is a hardcore Pokemon fan and can tell you anything you would like to know on that topic. Emmelie loves her cats (Cookie and Misty) and is always amused by their antics. She is equally amused by her brothers antics, which requires a skill set she is applying to her interaction with dental insurance companies.
Susie has worked as a dental hygienist in our office since 2006. She is a 1980 graduate from the dental hygiene program at Oregon Health and Science University. Susie is originally from Albany and did her pre-dental hygiene classes atOregon State University. Susie has three grown sons and enjoys gardening and traveling to sunny locations with her husband.
Tracy has worked in our office as a dental hygienist since 1996. She was originally trained as a radiology technologist and a few years later decided on a career in dental hygiene. She is a 1996 graduate of the dental hygiene program atPortland Community College. Tracy is a busy mom of two boys. She and her husband also have cats, dogs and two horses. When she can sneak away, she goes horse riding with friends. Tracy is originally from Milwaukie.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Walker. This visit was a new patient routine dental cleaning and check up. I moved here from the west side of Portland and had seen a dentist in that area for over 20 years. The driving distance to previous dentist was 45 minutes plus. (Too far for me). I'm so pleased to have the recommendation from my previous dentist. Dr. Walker is personable, thorough and explains options well for dental care. The dental hygienist, Tracy, works side by side with her and they work like a well oiled machine. Highly recommend!

Dr. Sue is the most GENTLE Dentist I have ever seen! I had always been so anxious to see the dentist but her kind and caring touch makes it so comfortable for me now! I'm also put at ease with Tracy my hygienist. Not only do they do a great job but they treat you like family. They are both amazing!!! I have been seeing Dr Sue for about 6 years and now my Husband and Daughter are also their patients!!

Dr. Walker has been my dentist my entire life. She is exceptional at what she does, and she truly cares about her patients. The entire practice is patient centered. When I cracked a tooth a couple years back, she was able to see me quickly and perform a root canal right away. I have always been completely satisfied with the quality of care I receive. The dentist isn't scary when your dentist is Dr. Walker.

Dr. Sue is so kind, gentle, and caring, and that reflects in her new office and in her staff. The air is scrubbed as clean as any ICU in a hospital. Masks and gloves are worn. A patient is safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
