Dr took out upper teeth for dentures and after he said he is perfect but I am still experiencing tons of chips coming thru my gums and I did not like the Dr's over all attitude.

Had my wisdom teeth taken out. All the staff are extremely friendly I was so impressed with his assistant and the gal at the front desk. They are all willing to take time and answer questions. Doctor Vakkas is personable and professional.

Took my 17 year old son there today to have his wisdom teeth removed. Everyone was so kind and explained everything step by step. The assistant did a great job reviewing post op instructions and what to expect. She spoke to me but also spoke directly to my son explaining everything. Dr. Vakkas was excellent. He was kind and did a great job. The billing department was great also, we had a last minute insurance change and they were so quick to call and get benefits for us so we knew our copay. I really appreciate this office and how well they took care of my son. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of dental surgery.

I was sent to Sudbrink Oral Surgery to have a tooth removed. I was terrified. Every time I've ever had a removal it was so painful. I have a high tolerance to most local injections for numbing. I spoke with Dr. Vakkas and Nichole about this and they assured me all would be well and I wouldn't feel anything. I thought they would be wrong. They were so right. Not only did I not feel a thing but they frequently checked on how I was. The whole process took a matter of minutes and I was amazed. They made sure the experience was as pleasant and amazing as possible. I will go to them for any dental work I may need in the future. Dr. Vakkas and Nichole were so wonderful, compassionate and caring! I highly recommend them to any and all people.

Dr. Vakkas was excellent! Along with his staff members Amanda & Nicole. They made me feel very much at home and treated me with great overall hospitality during my entire oral surgery procedure. I actually think I felt so much at home that I didn't want to wake up from the anesthesia lol (Both Amanda & Nicole had to kindly tell me to wake up repeatedly) I got all four of my wisdom teeth extracted at once and my recovery went very well. The only complaint I have is looking like a chipmunk lol from the swelling for a couple days, of course it went down eventually though. I had a wonderful overall experience and I would not have chosen a better place to perform my oral surgery. Thank you all!

They were very friendly. They treated my daughter with a great deal of respect. They explained the entire process to me. They made myself and my daughter feel very comfortable, with the highest level of care. She loved them. I would highly recommend going here. Thank you to the entire staff a subrink

5 years ago, I brought my son here to have a tooth extracted. After surgery he was in recovery and they came and got me and took me back to him. As i was sitting with him, he got a weird facial expression i ask if he was ok, and he shook his head NO! Mind you the nurse was in the room and she turned around to see him and he started to vomit blood on himself. I jumped out of my chair to catch it with my hands and the Nurse just stood there watching and laughing! YES!!! Laughing!!! I ask for a puke bucket and she hesitated on providing one, but eventually did. I then proceeded to ask what was so funny that situation, she didnt really answer and proceeded to continue laughing. The "momma bear " came out and I told her if she wasnt gonna do anything to help my son and if she thought this was so funny, she should get the He**out and get someone more qualified to come and help me. A few minutes latter the doctor came in, and ask what was going on and I told him. I was upset that a So called "PROFESSIONAL" laughed at my child.... So my voice was raised! HE then got another nurse to come assist and that was that. We left never got a follow up phone call... NOTHING! So Today I call because my son needs his wisdom teeth extracted... I give them all the info and she puts me on hold for 5 minutes another Lady proceeds to tell me that they cant see my son at either location, because of that incident and that they "LAUGHING NURSE" still works there! Are you kidding me?!? She laughed at 10 year old child, hesitates to help him still has her job... WOW! So my advice to you, take your child and your business elsewhere!

Highly recommend Sudbrink Oral Surgery! I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Sudbrink. I have nothing negative to say, from my consultation appointment to the day of surgery. Everything was explained to me at my consultation appointment and again the day of surgery, it really shows that the staff really cares about the patients. Katelynn and Haley assisted with Dr. Sudbrink the day of my surgery. They were both compassionate and caring. I wanted to make point of how well the staff did with explaining recovery, what to do and what to expect. They also made it very clear that if we had any questions to not hesitate and call.

I got my wisdom teeth out this morning at Sudbrink! I had Dr. Vakkas and Nicole and Haley. I was super nervous for this procedure because I had had a very negative oral surgery experience elsewhere a few years ago... but Nicole, Haley and Dr. Vakkas were all sweet and made me feel comfortable. I woke up from the surgery ~extremely~ loopy and all 3 were very patient with me... I attached a picture I took with Haley (from what I remember, I insisted she take this picture with me "so I'd never forget her"... right after I told Dr. Vakkas how much I adored his new glasses & informed him that his optometrist REALLY knew his stuff). A few hours after the surgery, I received a follow-up call to make sure my recovery was going okay. I'm doing very well so far & appreciate Sudbrink for making this painful process as nice as possible ;)

Today's visit to the office was not only professional, and clean; it was efficient; and personal. The staff was courteous. In tune with each other. From one end of the experience to another. I was so nervous to have 4 teeth extracted. Jen and Jaqueline were absolutely great! So was the nurse gave me my she was awes. Unfortunately my veins never show, so she had to put it in my hand, she even put cold stuff so I wouldn't feel it so bad. Thank you! As soon as the medicine was administered, I said what was that in the iv, cause it burned somewhat, the doc said, propofol, and I said , Ohhhh, with a smile on my face, next thing u know, I was waking up, The nurses treated me wonderfully, brought my driver in. It was time to go home. They walked me out to the car and was on my way home to recover, I even got a call later that day to see how I was. Thank you Sudbrink Oral Surgery, for the great experience, since I'm not fond of dentistry! And hopefully, you can figure out what that one metal piece in my X-ray was, Lol. Also thank you for the tube of clove and aloe mixture. It is helping me through some of my pain!

Dr Sudbrink, Maria and Patrycja, were very thorough, in explaining everything they were doing. Absolutely loved the office from the atmosphere to the cleanliness, to the employees!!! A+ service w dignity n respect for their patients n family members! Quality care, friendly employees w smiles!!! Will definitely use their services again!!! Your whole team Rocks!!! Thank you for being #1!!! My son Chase Beck thanks you!! 4 molars removed n feels great!!! Oh Ps.. they also give this amazing gel made of Aloe Vera n Clove oil, this stuff really helps with pain and healing! The extra lil things to show they care, I feel blessed as a parent to know I found the Best Oral surgeon practice to care for my son! 5 stars all the way!!!! Would if voted 10 stars. Even to the car where my son was wrapped in a blanket n put in car seat, n even buckled him up! Extremely caring, efficient, n friendly employees!!!

READ THE END UPDATE. Was very happy with the staff here. The experience was easy and as pleasant as it could be being I needed surgery. The staff, especially Dr. Vakkas, Matt and Haley went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. FYI The 5 star reviews are also bribed. You're told when you leave if you leave a 5 star review you'll be in the running for a free iPad each month. Definitely not the only shady thing going on with the management team here. Healthcare was phenomenal. The business and billing side/people I wouldn't wish on anyone. Be VERY careful.

On Friday, 02/21/20, I had the pleasure of having my wisdom teeth removed at Sudbrink Oral Surgery at their Lancaster location. Let me just say, they are absolutely phenomenal! Ashton was the first person I saw when prepping for the surgery, and she made me feel so relaxed and ready. I was really nervous pre-op as I had never been under general anesthesia before, however she reviewed all of the disclosure forms with me in much detail and answered any/all questions that I had. Next, I met Patrycja, and she was such a positive ray of sunshine! She has such a distinct sense of humor that you would never expect to see in the setting of an Oral Surgery, and joked around with me endlessly so much so that I forgot where I was. She was also very informative in explaining the proper steps to take to ensure I made a full recovery post-op and when/how to take the necessary medication. And finally, Dr. Vakkas is by far one of the friendliest medical professionals I've had the pleasure of meeting. He very straight to the point about the procedure, and we were even able to relate on a more personal level, as his son's name is also Riley! What a small world! Overall i would say if you ever are in need of a practice to handle oral surgeries that may befall you, do not hesitate to choose Sudbrink. They display an almost unattainable amount of teamwork, which truly brings forth an incredibly accommodating environment with much comfort and joy. I will certainly be recommending them to family and friends in the future.
