Was in for a tooth extraction, was given Novacaine to no avail! The whole experience was quite painful !

This is a great dental office. It was clean and they do a great job and explain everything. I loved how nice everyone was there. They did great job and I had no worries. The nurses were awesome and talked to you like normal people. Haley and Katelynn are great nurses and talked to me like normal and made me laugh so I felt comfortable. Thanks so much for the great visit

I was so nervous to get my Wisdom Teeth out but Nicole and Jen did so well to alleviate my stress and made me feel so comfortable and calm. Dr.Sudbrink was amazing also. I am always scared to get IV's and when he did the IV it didn't even pinch. They all did great to make sure I was comfortable and gave my mom great information to help my wisdom teeth heal properly. I loved Sudbrink Oral Surgery. if you are planning to get your wisdom teeth out, please go here they are fantastic!!!

Our experience was great! Our son, who speaks Ukrainian, had his wisdom teeth out and the oral surgeon assistant, Patrycja was able to speak to our son in Ukrainian and explain what they were going to do. We want to thank you so much for making us feel comfortable. It was amazing how caring every employee was! Two weeks after the surgery the office called to see how our son was doing. Our daughter also needs teeth pulled and we feel very comfortable and confident to bring our daughter to Sudbrink. Thank you again to everyone at Sudbrink, especially Patrycja, Jacuqelline & Dr. Vakkas!

Dr. Vakkas, Nicole, and Haley were amazing! I have a big phobia concerning dental work/oral surgery. I was so nervous about the surgery and these three immediately put me at ease. Dr. Vakkas has an excellent bedside manner and made me feel valued and heard as a patient and made me feel at home. The team did a great job explaining prepping me and explaining to me what was going to happen, and my surgery went very smoothly. During post-op care, they saw me for an unscheduled follow up to ease my concerns about the healing time of the surgery. I highly recommend this office and I highly recommend Dr. V and his team.

I would get my wisdom teeth removed a million times as long as I could have the same team as I had Yesterday I was nervous going in but as soon as Asaton greeted me there was some relief she was able to answer all of my questions and concerns and then when Patricia walked in with her bubbly self and told me my last name pretty much meant lard and bacon which I didnt know but I think that's pretty cool dr vaskas came in and I didn't see him for very long but I know he did a fantastic job and its day 2 and I hardly have any pain without pain medication definently the best team I could have asked for. Thank you a million times you were all amazing and so welcoming

Just got my wisdom teeth out and I was ready to just get it over with haha. Patrycja, Ashton, and Dr. Sudbrink made me feel comfortable with the procedure. They did an amazing job with letting me know what was going to happen and made it enjoyable even for something like removing teeth from your mouth. The staff was so sweet and also very funny. Btw Dr. Subrink my nan thinks you're cute

Today I went to get my wisdom teeth taken out and a broken tooth, and being my first time going under anesthesia I was quite nervous. When I woke up the lovely nurse was fixing my hair and making sure I was okay. Dr. Murphy was excellent at making me feel as comfortable as possible. My Nurses were Patvycja (I'm so sorry that is probably misspelled) and Ashton. I cant express enough how good I felt being there, they made me feel like I was a friend, I highly recommend Sudbrink! P.s. They did so good I dont even feel much pain!

I went in for my wisdom teeth and the staff were so kind they would talk to you in a kind warm manner that felt like family and it calms you. it allows you to relax because you know you can trust them. Nicole and Haley were so kind and helped me in any way they could. I heard so many stories about how painful wisdom teeth could be but after the first day almost all the pain had vanquished. I am just glad I had such a kind staff to help me through surgery especially since my family could not help me through it. They really exceeded expectations.

This was my second visit to the Hershey office to get my second wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. John Vakkas, who happened to be the same surgeon that performed my first wisdom tooth extraction a couple of months ago as well. This time it was Dr. Vakkas and his assistant Jena that supported me throughout the whole process of this second tooth extraction, by being with me and assuring me that everything would be alright, which made me feel so relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole extraction process, which was completely pain free. Dr. Vakkas is in my opinion the creme de la creme type of individual in this field of medical science, that deserves the highest form of recognition for providing an outstanding and exemplary service that could be classified as going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure patient well being at every single step of the procedure and for ensuring the highest adherence of industry level safety standards whilst also ensuring that the task in question is carried out successfully. Dr. Vakkas and his assistant Jena who was extremely caring and responsive to my every need, are two excellent individuals that I consider to be an extremely rare find in this field of science, especially considering the fact that these two individuals both share the most important trait of all in this industry, which is patient compassion whilst providing an exceptional level of service ensuring strict adherence to quality standards. Therefore, I will be recommending sudbrink to all my family and friends for their exceptional level of service. I am even willing to drive all the way from New Jersey for my remaining extractions as well due to their compassionate and outstanding level of service. In conclusion, I would like to thank Dr Vakkas for performing the surgery brilliantly and completely pain free during and after surgery due to his brilliant skills as a surgeon, and a special thanks to Jena for being there with me throughout the entire process that made me feel as if I was with a very close friend. The entire experience was a stress and pain free encounter for me overall.

The staff and surgeon were amazing... they made me feel extremely comfortable and took great care of me nurses Ashlyn,Maria and Patrycia made sure to check on me and explained everything indetail that i would have to know for aftercare also the best way to get ahead of the pain they were absolutely amazing with the person I had with me for transport even tho he was a jerk and making fun of me with a camera in my face teasing me I would definitely recomend for any future dental work!!!! They even sent me home with a blankey cuz i i super cold!!! Sudbrink rocks!!!

I've been to doctor Vakkas three different times for tooth extractions and each time he was great. My grandson seen him also when he 7yrs old for an extraction and he was great making him feel comfortable as well as making his mother and grandparents feel comfortable. Doctor Vakkas is a class act as well as the entire staff.

My tooth extraction was a very positive experience. First, following the the preliminary instructions, I was able to have specific beverages up to 2 hours prior to my procedure, which enabled me to have hydrated veins for my procedure with anesthesia. Second, Haley was great! Although I had some anxiety about the procedure, she was a true "people person" who had a friendly, caring, and sympathetic approach with a calming, confident, and reassuring manner as she professionally and personally gathered the necessary information. Third, I was happy with Dr. Vakkas and his nurse Amanda. Who wouldn't be -- no pain for a tooth extraction (and a recommendation for a stop at Wendy's for a Frosty on the way home)! Fourth, I also was impressed with the comprehensive post-operative information that not only listed the instructions but also explained the reason in addition to the helpful dietary recommendations following my oral surgery. In addition, I received a follow-up call from the office later in the afternoon to check on my progress. I am doing great thanks to the skill, professionalism of this staff, and quality patient care. I recommend them and this practice to others.

The doctors were very nice as I was very nervous since this was my very first surgery. They asked me what my favorite hobbies were to do while they were giving me my IV. Wisdom teeth surgery was a success and definitely reccomend anyone who's getting their wisdom teeth pulled to go to this place.

Sudbrink Oral Surgery did an amazing job and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their teeth pulled! Dr. Vakkas does excellent work with surprisingly little pain and a quick healing time! I barely had any swelling and there was absolutely no bruising on my face! There were also two girls, Haley and Nicole, who deserve recognition. Haley helped me through the beginning part of the surgery by putting my nerves at ease. She played music and continued to talk to me and comfort me until my anxiety went away. The woman that did the IV also did a terrific job! I didn't feel a thing and I didn't even bruise the next day! After surger was finished, Nicole did a great job explaining to my daughter what needed to be done and how to care for my mouth. She explained everything in detail and provided us with the paperwork Incase we forgot what was said, along with extra gauze and medicine. She was patient and allowed me to take all the time I needed until I was ready to be walked out to the car by her. I can't stress enough how much I would recommend this place to anyone and would have given way more than 5 stars if it was possible! Thank you again Sudbrink Oral Surgery!!

!!AWESOME ALERT!! Doctor Sudbrink, Katelynn and Haley were an absolute pleasure to work with. Quick, kind and competent best describes this trio. I had wisdom teeth removed recently-as soon as I woke up from the anesthesia my first thought was "man, these guys are so awesome, I will buy pizza for the whole office!" I tried to give Haley money for pizza, but for some reason she wouldn't accept it (she seemed to think I wasn't in a frame of mind to give money away). In any case, I highly recommend this practice! Thanks guys!
