I have been coming to Successful Smiles for over 25 years now. The entire Staff is amazing. They are professional, friendly and genuinely care about you. They get you in an out in a quick and efficient manner. The facility was recently renovated and is extremely clean and inviting. They also have new equipment and technology. I highly recommend them.

A picture explains what words never can, especially when it comes to your teeth. An intraoral camera can take pictures with such detail, it can show cracks and stress marks in a tooth that cant be seen with the naked eye.
Our office uses intraoral digital scanners to create a highly detailed 3D model of your teeth. The resulting 3D surface model is the virtual, time efficient, and safe alternative to traditional plaster models.
Dr. Alex has a true passion for dentistry and has spent a substantial amount of time furthering his skills to better serve you. Following dental school at the University of Kentucky, he completed a one-year residency specializing in implant dentistry, sedation, and treating medically compromised patients. He spent an additional year completing a 300-hour comprehensive implant training course. He has been recognized with awards for both surgical and aesthetic/prosthetic dentistry in addition to an award for his dedication to volunteering and providing free dental care for underserved populations.
The only thing Dr. Alex is more passionate about than dentistry is his family. Dr. Alex is married to his wife, Annie, and they have 2 daughters. Dr. Alex and his family enjoy going to Brewers games, local farmers markets, and walking their golden doodle, Beau. Although he is native of Kentucky, he has lived in Wisconsin for many years and considers it home.
We believe quality dental care should be affordable and accessible to everyone. Because oral health is so important, we do everything we can to remove financial barriers and help the greatest number of patients possible. We accept most insurance providers and third-party payment alternatives for those without insurance.

I heartily recommend Successful Smiles for dental care. Dr. Silvia and his team are very professional, friendly and considerate. During my last visit, the hygienist suggested a couple of practical, easy-to-implement techniques for more effective brushing and flossing that I have since adopted as part of my daily routine. This is just one example of the consistent level of high quality care that my wife and I have received from Dr. Silvia and his team.

Dr. Silvia does excellent work and his entire staff is top-notch. My hygienist, Laura, is also a big reason I go to staid office - she is very skilled and has given me excellent dental advice along with my regular teeth cleanings. Big thumbs up to Successful Smiles!

Our family is very happy with the quality and care that Successful Smiles provides. My children love their hygienist, and Dr Alex. They do a great job of making them feel comfortable and informed regarding their dental hygiene. Getting to visit with Jessica at the front desk is an added treat. Everyone is friendly and happy to be there. Office is clean. The hygienists and dentist are thorough, sanitary and do a great job of making you feel comfortable! I am lucky enough I don't have a phobia of the dentist (I look forward to going!!!) but if you don't like going I suggest you try successful smiles!!! They will take care of you and make you feel comfortable
