i was terrified to go in, (i wish i got her name) the hygienist was AMAZING. she made me feel so calm, explained everything to me to feel less nervous. never had an experience like this at a dentist office!

I used this place back in March. Although a few people who work here are friendly, the dentist just did a basic clean to my teeth. The dentist also did not talk or mention my wisdom teeth at all, which another dentist noticed. I visited another dentist and they did a more deep clean, and the dentist mentioned that my teeth look like weren't cleaned throughly. I returned to this place since they did x rays and I needed them for the other dentist, seems that they could not find my x rays. I also have to wait for over 30 minutes to receive a copy of my teeth x rays, and an estimate of wisdom teeth removal although they did the x rays again. Overall, a mediocre place to have your teeth cleaned. Friendly staff but badly unorganized.

I went in last month to be fitted for a partial ( retainer and a fake tooth) told me it would be done in a week.. They never called me until a month later.. When I went in for my appointment the partial didn't even fit in my mouth..It was made very cheap .. Also made different from the one I already have .. The wire was in a different place on one side .. When I smiled it would of shown.. So I refused the partial and told them I didn't want it .. Im not wearing a partial with the wire showing when I smile .. Dr. Sharma Comes in and immediately starts cutting off the wire without even communicating with me .. I told him to quit cutting that off I'm not taking that partial. It don't fit in my mouth. The wire is showing on one side and was put in the wrong place . Dr. Sharma refused to listen to me and wanted me to wear the partial .. I told him it don't fit me and it doesn't make sense for me to wear a partial with a cut wire .. I'm already wearing a partial with a cut wire.. That is the reason I'm here to replace the partial because the one I have has a broken wire....Emy the assistant was also very rude and unprofessional and wanted to refit me for a new partial and I decided to decline the fitting because the one they did order was made very cheap the tooth was also very rough and not polished .. I'm asking for my money back .. I'm complaining about the Doctor and the assistant Emy being unprofessional and the craftsmanship of the partial .. The assistant Emy was very RUDE and unprofessional she wasn't listening to me and was very bossy!! She was trying to put me in check when I was telling her there is no reason for me to be sitting here waiting to see the doctor.. I told her I wanted to leave that I didn't want the partial. She said I couldn't leave. I had to wait for the Doctor .. That the Doctor decides.. I'm the paying customer! Honey- I decide!! She was trying to force me to be refitted for a new partial and that's when I got up and walked out..She was very rude and unprofessional.. She definitely needs a class on customer care!!! I did ask the young lady at the front desk for a receipt I wanted the receipt to show that they subtracted that partial from my bill and she refused to get me a receipt. I am a very unsatisfied customer and will be filing a report with a BBB Better Business Bureau.. I would give them Zero stars if I could but I had to give them One..

Staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable! I was nervous trying a new dental practice after moving to Los Banos from San Jose. After doing research and going in a few times, I knew I made the right decision. Staff is honest, gets the work done, and take the time to educate me about my options.

Said my medical didn't go through but I had it. I came in for a filling and felt the resin over the area of my teeth because they didn't shave it down properly

They've rescheduled the past four appointments I've had with them. I chipped my back tooth and immediately called to set up the quickest appointment. Had to wait 3 weeks then they called to reschedule a couple hours before my appointment when I had taken the day off work just for this. What a disappointing experience. Highly recommend staying away from this place.

Don't expect to be seen at your scheduled time for your appointment. You'll be disappointed

I have been calling since Tuesday and have been on hold for 3 hours. You guys need to start asnwering the phone, it shouldn't take 3 hours to get to somebody. I get people get busy and have other things to do, but it's also your job to assist people when they call.

Round of applause for Dr.Mendoza & His Entire Staff. Wow, just got my tooth extracted & bone graft all while pregnant. Yes my OBGYN did clear me on all dental services as needed. I've had wisdom teeth, 2 other extractions that weren't even close to being as pleasant as this one with dr.Mendoza. I am so amazed, he numbed me perfectly & my extraction was painless and quick. Still in shock ! Just because of other experiences. The lady's there are very nice from front desk to the assistants. All very informative. I'm so happy I've found a doctor I can stay with for as long as I'm able to! Thank you all for my dental needs!

This dental office is exceptional! From the front end to back end staff, they are all on top of their game, you feel welcomed with a warm friendly reception and the wait is minimal. The explanation of services being rendered and your share of cost is explained in detail.

So unorganized and dishonest. I went in 3 weeks ago for an abcessed tooth. The Dr. Told me to take antibiotics until the swelling went down and call to get it removed when that happens. I've been trying to get it pulled for 2 weeks now and the Dr refuses to stand by his word. He keeps telling me to "wait another week and let's see what happens." He's basically using me as a science experiment instead of providing me care. I will be making a complaint against his license. Will definitely never use this dentist again.

I had a great experience at Suave Dental in Los Banos. Dr.Mendoza did a great job with my extractions, no pain. Definitely recommend going!
