I'll start by saying that the Doctor is excellent and thorough but her office management and operations are a complete nightmare and not worth the trouble. Truly- this office is the worst managed medical provider I have ever seen! My first visit was over 2 hours long and required excessive amount of time waiting (during Covid). This was just to be seen by the doctor and get an oral exam and xrays- no cleaning. I had informed the staff (when making the appointment) that I had a broken retainer and urgently wanted to get that taken care of during the visit only to be told upon arrival that I would need to schedule a separate visit. When scheduling the next visit for a cleaning and impressions for retainer, I was told by the office manager that I needed to schedule two separate appointments and that they couldn't' be done on the same day. Why, I asked. "Because that's our office policy." Its unclear to me why every and any attempt to be efficient with a patients time would be avoided here. During a future cleaning appointment, I arrived to reception only to be told (with an attitude) that my appointment was cancelled as the doctor had an emergency. I asked why nobody informed me of the cancellation until now and was told that they did inform me through the text app. I checked my phone and showed the receptionist the text I had received earlier that day which confirmed my appointment and asked me to be on time. I showed this to the receptionist and got eye rolls and attitude saying, "we sent the cancellation through the app and you should have received it", completely ignoring what I was showing her. There was no apology, no acknowledgement of what i was saying, just complete disregard. I recently tried to reschedule an appointment and was told I could get one in July (Its March now). I had also asked for an appointment to get impressions for a new retainer and was told by the scheduling person (Bernice) that she would call me back to find a time to get impressions for a broken retainer. Its two weeks later and I still haven't heard from her. Dr. Suarez- get better staff who know how to represent you, your office, your brand!

My experience at Dr. Suarez's office - first time visit- Dr. Suarez -A+. She is warm , personal, competent, and professional. Her staff - C- - - - Though the gals I dealt with were competent, their bed side manner lacks... condescending and non communicative. I had to wait approx 40 mins to see the dentist and then actually had to return to get a cleaning- 35 minute wait. I probably would have waited longer ( though I was the only one in the waiting room ), but I walked up and said maybe I should reschedule the cleaning since it was taking so long. Fluoride Treatment - not only was this an out-of-pocket expense , but the dental hygienist (nor the dentist for that matter explained why I needed this procedure.) I asked the hygienist before but the disgusting/metallic tasking fluid in my mouth.... 15 minutes after leaving their office, I puked my brains out and experienced migraine headaches. Was in bed by 5:00 ( I got home at 4:40) Woke up at midnight - vomited again....... I had planned to go to the hospital if I was not better the next morning. Luckily, I was better.. I researched if the side effects I experienced from the fluoride was typical - the answer was yes. My question - why wasn't I told about possible side effects - I'm 65 - old.

The entire staff and Dr. make you feel like family and comfortable. You will leave with a beautiful smile. The office manager, Ann Marie is amazing she went beyond in helping me complete some important paperwork. Highly recommend this location!!

I hate needles and she makes it where you dont feel it. and lola is amazing, they all care and want to help. I suggest going here for dental if you can. They are fantastic

Dr. Elisa Suarez is a great dentist! She is gentle and very caring. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I've needed some crowns and a post, and Dr. Suarez always does a great job. Her staff is wonderful and I especially love Julia. She always remembers me and asks how the dogs are doing! :-)

My whole life I've hated going to the dentist, until I found Dr. Suarez! Her patient skills are amazing, she's down to earth, and willing to explain procedures and options. If you're someone who is normally terrified of the dentist, this is the dentist for you!

I have been pleasantly visiting Doctora Suarez for the last three years since a great friend referred me to them. I can not thank him enough for such recommendation. As a patient, there is a big difference between having to go to a healthcare provider as compared to wanting to go to the same place because I feel I can trust and I can rely on them for any possible outcome that is going to contribute to my well being. I look forward to my trimestral cleaning with Marite, as much as I enjoy seeing every member of such harmonic team, starting from the front desk, right after the door opens up and I feel I am very welcome and going to receive the best and most professional attention/advice I can possible aspire to. Thank you, very much. You all make a difference!!!!
