Dr. Tom has been my dentist now for five years, meeting him after my earlier dentist retired. At my point of life I 've been having a lot of pretty major work done, like crowns and root canals. I really didn 't think I could find a better dentist than the one who retired, but Tom has actually surpassed his service, even having to redo some of his earlier work. What I like about Tom is his comfortable and easy 'chair side manner'. He let 's me know exactly what 's going on, explaining the x-rays, and even taking photos if he thinks it will help, without charging me extra. He 's great with a needle- a real skill- and always gives me the option of numbing me up or not, something I greatly appreciate. In my experience the staff is top notch professional, from the desk staff to his dental techs and hygienists. Recently they moved into a new building with state of the art facilities. In the end, I know I can trust Tom in my mouth, and after 59 years, only one other dentist has earned that. What 's wrong with Studio Z? It 's not next door to my house. -Paul Dart

Because of my strong commitment to natural health, I studied and trained in classical Naturopathy. In July 2016, I obtained a Naturopathic Medical Doctor Board Certification, along with a degree in IntegrativeBiologic Dental Medicine (IBDM). I graduated from the University of Minnesota Dental School, and Im a member of the American Dental Association and the Colorado Dental Association. I relocated from Minnesota to Colorado to take advantage of the outdoorsy lifestyle, great weather, and health-oriented culture. Additionally, I an Accredited Member of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT), only a few dentists in Colorado hold this honor.
Dr. Jenna Nicholson is originally from Carbondale Colorado, where her father was a dentist in the community for over 30 years. Jenna attended Regis University and received her B.S. in Neuroscience. Following college, she attended the University of Colorado, School of Dental Medicine where she graduated from dental school in 2010. While in dental school, Jenna met her husband, Tyler. In 2012 they married and moved to San Antonio for Tylers periodontal specialty residency. Jenna and Tyler were both excited to return to their home state of Colorado to be near family and enjoy the great outdoors.
Since receiving her Doctorate at The University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in 2010, Dr. Nicholson has been fortunate to treat and interact with patients in a comprehensive care setting in both Colorado and Texas. She is enthusiastic about providing the best care for her patients in a gentle and efficient manner. She believes creating relationships with patients is a vital part of not only treating the mouth but also treating the patient as a whole.
When Dr. Nicholson isnt helping her patients in having the best smile possible, she enjoys spending time with her husband, and her two boys Troy and Luke. In the winter months, she and her husband enjoy skiing. In the summer, they enjoy being outdoors, having an active lifestyle, and relaxing on their patio. Dr. Nicholson also enjoys trying new restaurants and traveling.
