My wife just had a procedure done and was checking out. She forgot her credit card. We had insurance that covered 80% for the procedure. They demanded the 20% be paid on the spot. Unlike most other medical practices where they can simply bill you later, they needed the money ASAP and would not let her go. In fact so badly the Manager required her to either leave her WALLET or leave her PERSONAL CELL PHONE as collateral and go home to get the card. Think about that for a second and how humiliating it must be. This is not a dine and dash situation here. I have cleaned my teeth here before an brought my son in twice before. They know me. Ridiculous. She ended up leaving her phone behind for them and going home to get the credit card and returned to pay. I told them we will never return.

This was my first visit to studio dental and I was really impressed on how they handle the patients. The reception was very welcoming and they assisted me with paperwork, and x-rays. The teeth cleaning was really good and the doctor asked me about any issues and patiently addressed all my questions. The hospital is extremely clean and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this place for a great dental experience.

Always have a pleasant experience. I live about 45 mins away but drive this far for great service. The smell here is like a luxury hotel and they go very big on their holiday decorations. Staff is all superb.

Historically, I have not had a good experience at my previous dentist. But studio dental turned that all around for me! They were so kind, and patient with me. They understood that I don't like going to the dentist because of my fear of pain, so they did everything they could to keep me comfortable. Thank you!!!!!

My wisdom teeth kept bothering me until the day I scheduled to see Dr. Angela . Dr. Angela is very professional, she explained the X-ray really well for me & gave me some recommendation what I should do with my wisdom teeth. The clinic is also clean & modern. I was even watching Netflix while the staff was cleaning my teeth. Super duper nice service & staffs!
