I began with Studio City Dental Group as a Receptionist in June of 1997. I was given the opportunity to grow within the office to a few positions which led up to my current position. I have enjoyed all the positions I have had and being able to learn from each one of them. I have also enjoyed seeing the success stories for our patients at each of those different positions. I believe in keeping a positive attitude is key in being successful!
I have been with the office since 1997. I'm thankful for the opportunity of being able to grow within the company and enjoy being part of this great team. On my personal time I enjoy the adrenaline rush of outdoor activities such as snowboarding down great mountains, dirt bike riding through the deserts, and discovering new hiking trails. The freedom of creating my own path sets a sudden rush to me.
I started at Studio City Dental Group as a Hygienist back in June of 2006. I graduated from Loma Linda University. I enjoy working at SCDG. My spare time is spent with my family and I like photography.
I have been a Registered Dental Hygienist for over 30 years and could not imagine doing anything else. My mission is to be a leader in providing high quality service to patients. I received by dental hygiene degree from Howard University, practiced in Maryland and moved to California a year ago. I have two amazing children, enjoy going on hikes, biking, and dancing tango in my free time.
Growing up with braces made me realize the importance of oral hygiene and how teeth are the first thing people notice. My #1 goal is to make sure my patients are satisfied with their cleaning and comfortable during the process of it. I love to travel with my husband and enjoy hearing about my patients travels. I love watching HGTV and talking about home improvement until I actually have to do it. I enjoy visiting theme parks like Disneyland and Universal Studios regularly. I love spending time with my husband, my family and my dog. Also in my spare time I love to do nothing, I can do that all day!
I started at Studio City Dental Group as an RDA. I've been with the office for 29 years. I enjoy working with my colleagues and especially helping out our patients. On my time off I love spending time with my family, helping out the community and volunteering at my local church.
I have been working at Studio City Dental Group for a little over a year. I work with the general dentist, periodontists and the endodontist when needed. I became an RDA in 1999 and have been with the office since May of 2019. Prior to joining SCDG, I worked at the Childrens Hospital LA Dental Clinic. I am fluent in Spanish. I started at Studio City Dental Group as a dental assistant in July 2019. One thing I love about being a dental assistant is how we get to see our patients smile transform from beginning to end. On my free time, I love to be with family and friends. I love to go on adventures to new places that I haven't been to and go hiking.
I have been with the office since (St. Patricks Day) March 17, 1980. I started in the insurance department and continued to excel which led me to my current position. On my personal time, I enjoy spending time with my family. I also love to travel, read and garden.

My name is Jason and I've worked for SCDG since 2015. My time here has been wonderful as I've been able work alongside many people I get along with as well as learn a lot about proper dental care. When Im not on the job, I enjoy playing sports and creating artwork in my spare time.
I have been with Studio City Dental Group since November 7th, 2017. It is a pleasure to work here and getting to know our patient's is also pleasant. Out of work, I love to spend time with my family and my doggy named Angel. Watching baseball is one of my favorite hobbies.
Dr. Bonifatto was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He attended UNLV and earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. While in college he worked to help pay for his tuition by tutoring underclassmen in chemistry as well as working in luxury retail and modeling.
He went on to earn his doctorate from UNLV School of Dental Medicine where he graduated among the top 20 in his dental class. While in Dental school he was awarded with the E. Steven Smith Student Honorary Dental Society Award and was the president of the Psi Omega Dental Fraternity.
Dr. Bonifatto is currently a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, California Dental Association, and American Dental Association. He keeps up to date with the latest advancements and techniques in the dental field consistently by attending dental conferences and meetings. In doing so Dr. Bonifatto far exceeds the California Dental Boards requirements for continuing education every 2 years.
Giving back is a priority to Dr. Bonifatto and he has participated in various non-profit organizations which provide access to dental care to underserved communities. Some of those organizations include Remote Area Medical mobile clinic, the Smile Generation Serve Day, and various veterans, childrens, and LGBTQ clinics. In his free time Dr. Bonifatto enjoys cooking, working out, and playing frisbee with his miniature pinscher Ava.

Don't ever go to Studio Dental Group unless you want to pay thousands of dollars for unnecessary dental work. They told me I needed $3400 in dental work. A second opinion verified I did not need the work!

I've been going to studio City dental group for over 20 years. They used to be great. I don't know what happened with the new ownership. They constantly overcharged me and my insurance. I had one of their crowns pop off and due to the fact that they had used up all my insurance, I had to come out of pocket $1,600 at which point they offered me lifetime guarantee for an extra $200... I'm still having problems with that tooth. If you're with motion picture, do yourself a favor. Go see Dr. Jafari. Same building one floor down. He's great!

Pathology was my dental hygienist for my deep teeth cleaning. She was caring, courteous, efficient and kind. I couldn't have asked for more. In complete honesty, I have to say though that the business side of this office is a bit on the aggressive side. Things get done well, but be forewarned.

I have been going here since I moved to california in 2017. I would give 5 stars to the hygenist Pargo. She is amazing and so friendly I cannot say enough. Now back to the rest. I had to have a crown put on in 2019 before the pandemic. They put the crown on and anything I had that was cold made me cringe. Paid for that with money, So On my 50th birthday I'm in the chair getting a root canal on that same tooth. Also paid for that. Fast forward to the pandemic and Pargo was my hygenist for the cleaning and again she was great. Jump to 2022 after two 6 month cleanings. I come in for a cleaning and they xray my mouth and ask if I am there for the crown to be put on. I ask what crown and they are pointing inside my mouth saying "that one". I have to point out I can't see inside my mouth and don't know what they are talking about. Move on to the cleaning, two women come in, say hi and go to work. Not once asking if I'm ok, comfortable or anything. They brutalized me and I was sore, didn't say anything else and told me to see the office manager for scheduling crown. I talk to mgr and told them I will get back to them. I go to a different dentist for a 2nd opinion. He does an exam and the crown they put in was done wrong and pushing against another tooth causing wear on it. He did confirm the tooth they mentioned that needed a crown, did, in fact need one. All my work was done with him. No pain and very attentive at every turn. I will not go back to Studio City dental group. It's a Mcdentist chain.

I did front teeth bonding for 2 teeth for 500$. First dental filling fell off one week later, I came back and they fixed it for free. I have sensitive teeth so I never bit any food with my front teeth, especially if you get front teeth bonding. Well now 7 months later both of them fell off. Such a waste of my time and money, now my teeth look even more damaged. Before I had two small chips and now I have two times bigger chips which are super noticeable. I wish I'd never go there. Do not recommend. Save your teeth.

After over thirty yrs with Dr. Michael Mandel at Studio City Dental I was terrified at finding someone to take his place when he passed away. I had a terrible fear of dentists and he was the only one who made me feel somewhat comfortable in the chair. Taking a chance on the new young doctors that joined the group brought the fear back. Finding Dr. Michael Kerendian was a god sent. His excellence as a dentist, his knowledge, and sense of humor makes me feel more comfortable than I've ever felt, and his work ethics is even better. Plus, Endodontist, Dr.Samuel Gegamian, who has done pain free root canals and has managed to save a tooth that was a border line extraction. Even their assistants, like Ashley are friendly and caring. Their prices are reasonable and they take Care Credit. I can't say enough good things about Studio City Dental, and I'm not related to anyone there.

My kids have been seeing Dr. Gidan for years. The dental staff is terrific. Unfortunately, the administrative and billing staff lack customer service skills. It would be a miracle to get a return call from someone in the billing office. Ridiculous! Please let me know if you have recommendations for another pediatric dental office.

Loved did Gidan growing up. Been going to this office all of my life. My most recent experience was with Dr. Bonnifatto. Will never return, as they are now fraudulently billing me for a service never authorized or rendered. There are better dentists with better prices. Steer clear.

The business office Ladies and Receptionists are really nice and my Hygienist Cynthia is the greatest there is. WHERE IS THE SIX STAR BUTTON?

Poor customer service. Made an appointment for my son and specifically ask to see Dr. Fred Mandell and what was the surprised? That my son ended seeing another doctor, because the doctor was out today and the office did not even have the courtesy to call us in the morning since the appointment was at 1PM and give us a choice to reschedule if we wanted to. This is the second time this happens don't know if we want to take a chance for a 3rd time.
