Originally from Saint Louis, Dr. Badolato received his bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Missouri in Columbia prior to earning his dental degree from the University of Missouri in Kansas City. Upon earning his dental degree, Dr. B was commended with honors in restorative dentistry and acknowledged for his involvement with advanced training in cosmetic dentistry. Currently, Dr. Badolato is member in good standing with the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the Arizona Dental Association.
In all aspects of his work, Dr. B places the utmost importance on providing proper dental treatment in terms of both form and function. In his practice, Dr. B strives to be a friend and personal advocate in addition to being your dentist. Dr. Badolato and his team work hard to offer an unparalleled level of customer service as well as outstanding dental care.
Dr. Kawamoto is a native of Arizona and graduated from the University of Arizona (Bear Down!) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University located in Glendale, Arizona. To further her education in dentistry, she completed a one year, Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in Mesa, Arizona. In this residency, she was able to work closely with specialists to advance her training in all aspects of dentistry.
Dr. Kawamoto works hard to ensure her patients are comfortable by creating a fun and trusting environment. She is dedicated to perfecting her dental skills and is committed to providing the highest quality of care by staying up to date on the latest dental technology and trends.
Born and raised in Jackson Michigan, Dr. Badall achieved his bachelors degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Badall then earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from The Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health in Mesa, Arizona. Currently, Dr. Badall is a member in good standing with the American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, American Academy of General Dentist, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentists. Dr. Badall is also dedicated to improving his skills through continuing education, taking courses in periodontal surgery, cosmetic dentistry and being a member of several local study clubs.
In his free time, Dr. Badall enjoys spending time with his wife Laura traveling, experiencing new cultures, outdoor activities and good conversation. Dr. Badall also has a passion for service; he and his wife Laura founded IRIE Outreach, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing dental care to Steertown, Jamaica.

I have had fear of the dentist most of my life (due to an experience as a child) and have always avoided it as much as I could. I recently decided to start changing some old habits, and wanted to get back into a dentist to work towards better health and overall appearance. From the hygienist, dentist and the rest of the staff - every single one of them made me feel warm and welcome. They talked to me about everything that made me comfortable, and what didn't. They asked constantly how I was doing, if I didn't like certain things and expressed general concern for my well being during my visit. I got so much encouragement from this visit and I am so excited for my journey with the entire team to becoming a regular and working towards the perfect smile. I will absolutely recommend everyone to go to this office. Thank you, Dr. Sheena, Katie and Giselle for being such lovely people!

If you are looking for a new dental practice I can assure you you will not be disappointed with Studio B Smiles. Great experience start to finish. Giselle is very welcoming and prepared me for my appointment. Doctor Kowamoto and Desiree were very empathetic, understanding, and presented all my dental needs with great explanation.

My wife recommended that I come here after she had a great experience with her crown. I came here for a general cleaning and the hygienist was the best I've had work on my teeth. Sydney was gentle and no judgment. I will be back! Thanks for being great!

I was never a fan of going to the dentist until I started going to Studio B Smiles! I still don't love it lol, but the staff makes me feel welcome, and they are never judgmental. I would definitely recommend this office to everyone!

What a refreshing experience! Finding a new dentist is stressful, but everything about Studio B Smiles made it so easy! I was able to fill out paperwork digitally ahead of time. I was greeted by name when I arrived. The hygienist was amazing! She was so personable and extremely thorough in her evaluation and cleaning, explaining every step of the way & encouraging me to take steps to upgrade my care routine without showing any judgement. I really felt like I was given a voice in my care plan and like the team was extremely transparent through the the visit. The dentist was great too & I feel very confident in her recommendations. Those reasons alone would be enough to consider this a 10/10 experience - but to top it all off, the space is COOL. I never thought I would say that about a dentist's office, but it's an awesome atmosphere (especially if you're a Suns fan!) Plus good music, top of the line equipment, comfy seating. I honestly forgot I was at the dentist at some points. Highly recommend if you're looking to find a new dentist in Phoenix!
