Dr. Luis A. Matos was born in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, but moved to Salem, MA at the age of five. Now practicing dentistry in Florida, Dr. Matos is a happily married man and proud father of two wonderful boys.
While studying at Boston University, Dr. Matos enlisted in the Massachusetts Army National Guard, where he served as a combat medical specialist (EMT). In time, he joined the Air Force and moved to Valdosta, GA.
His dentistry venture started when Dr. Matos had to rush his wife to the dentist because of a severe toothache. Watching how the doctors helped her get rid of her pain was an eye-opening experience. It was right there and then that he decided it was time to follow his new passion for dentistry.

So where do I start!? The moment I walked in the door everyone was so pleasant! They were very punctual... the huge is we had was Erica... she was so good with my daughter making her laugh through the entire X-ray procedure and cleaning. She was very very thorough and attentive to the problematic areas without making my daughter flinch! The dentist, Dr. Matos came in ready. He's reviewed the X-rays and has communicated with me thoroughly and plainly so I understood everything! My daughter and he shared a few cackles and explained a plan of action for a couple of areas and I was relieved to see an actual caring doctor who I felt took their time to make sure she and I was comfortable with everything. Finally at the end of the appointment I was checked out with this bubbly lady named Liz. She made sure my future appointments were set and I was notified of any charges I would have to pay in the future procedures which are reasonable. Her nails were super cute too! (Just had to throw that in there).I'm eternally grateful we were able to experience this office and will continue to recommended them wholeheartedly.

This is a great dental office! Everyone there is very kind! We had DR.Patel and she is always very kind to my daughter and is always making her laugh. We had dental assistant Rebecca and she was very friendly and nice! My daughter is always nervous going to the dentist and she made my daughter feel very comfortable and at ease! My daughter loves this dentist office and we wouldn't chose to go anywhere else! Thank you stuart pediatric dentistry!!!

Amazing service!! The office is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Melissa was awesome!! During the appointment she made the girls feel like home. The dentists are very friendly as well. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a good pediatric dental office.

Dr Patel & Dr Matos are completely wonderful!! I have had all 3 of my kids here for the last 4 years and have been so pleased with the drs and the staff. The dental hygienists and assistants are the absolute sweetest & so patient. The whole front office is truly amazing as well! Would highly recommend!!
