Dr. Stuart Gutsche has been creating beautiful smiles since 1996. Dr. Gutsche received his bachelors degree from Kenyon College and continued his education at University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, graduating with honors. After dental school, he completed his General Practice Residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital and completed his orthodontic training at Eastman Institute for Oral Health in Rochester, New York.
He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and attends numerous continuing education courses every year to ensure he is able to offer patients the latest technologies and innovations in orthodontics.
We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient, comprehensive treatment. Our staff is highly skilled and well trained, and we strive to provide a relaxed and comfortable environment.
We believe that staying up-to-date with orthodontic technology is the key to our success and our patients' happiness. We utilize such technology as CBCT X-rays, which use lower doses of radiation with more efficient diagnosis, and the iTero scanner, a digital scanner which increases patient comfort and minimizes the amount of impressions taken. We also offer treatments like the Damon Smile System, clear braces and Invisalign. Our revolutionary technology helps us deliver confident smiles to our patients in the most efficient way possible.
We believe that our staff is one of our greatest assets at Gutsche Orthodontics! Our expert team is trained in not only answering the questions our patients have, but also in making sure that our patients are well informed and comfortable with the treatments that they are receiving.

Love Dr. Gutsche and his staff. They are professional and warm. All my kids were/are going through treatments and Dr. Gutsche listens and works closely with us to find the best option for my kids. We love the outcomes and highly recommend them!!!

Thank you for your highly professional work. Our family members are very happy to see my son's two large delayed teeth coming out of the gum space Dr. Gutsche helped create. All the other problems were also corrected once and for all. Perfect orthodontics.

We had to fix a broken brace. The office staff was great in fitting us in. And the appointment was super fast-which was important because we had to take him out of school to get to the appointment. My son consistently says how nice everyone is to him when he goes to this office. We love it here.

My son son has been going there for two years and just got his braces off. For two years everything has been perfect. The staff is so professional and welcoming at every visit. Most importantly my sons teeth look amazing thanks to Dr. Gutsche.

I have always enjoyed my experience at Gutsche orthodontics. The people are very friendly and always make conversation and they continuously ask me if they're hurting me. Very considerate people and I would definitely recommend their place to anyone.

Excellent experience. Appointment is always on time. Teeth look amazing. Dr. Gutsche seems very knowledgeable and up to date on the newest orthodontic technology. All 3 of my kids have used Dr. Gutsche. All have beautiful teeth post treatment and the entire process could not have been easier. The office staff is also very kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Gutsche to anyone who needs braces/Invisalign.

So far we have just had our consultation appointment. I appreciated that Dr. Gutsche gave us an honest and easy to understand plan of attack for our daughter's ortho needs. She's not ready for any treatment yet, but I feel comfortable moving forward with him and his recommendations when she is!
