Dr. Dettori received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 1989, as well as her Master of Science (M.S.) and Certificate in Endodontics in 1994. Dr. Dettori lives in Stuart with her husband Steve and their Australian Labradoodle Sydney. She enjoys traveling, boating, reading and being an active, supportive member of our community.
NancyDental AssistantNancy has been Dr. Dettoris dental assistant since 1997. She is originally from Massachusetts and enjoys visiting home as frequently as possible. She and her husband have three daughters and two grandsons. Nancy loves to cook and also enjoys reading, swimming, biking and golf.
JeniDental AssistantJeni has been Dr. Dettoris dental assistant since 2006. She is a Florida native with plenty of northern experience. She is married to her high school sweetheart and they have a daughter, son, 2 grandsons, and a granddaughter. On the weekends she enjoys the Florida sunshine, the beach, boating, photography, fitness and traveling as much as possible.
JoyOffice CoordinatorJoy has been our front office coordinator since 2017. She comes to us with over thirty years of dental and medical front office experience, specializing in insurance and treatment coordinating. Joy is happily married and enjoys spending time here in paradise with her husband and their two Papillons. She is originally from Melbourne, Florida.
Liz joined the office as our Marketing Coordinator in 2019. She has 18 years dental front office experience ranging from Insurance/AR Specialist to Office Management. Originally from Long Island, NY, she affectionately calls Florida her home. She is a mother of 3 along with 2 fur babies who loves reading, singing, learning, laughing and spending time with her family.
Becky joined the office as a dental assistant in early 2021. She comes to us with 40+ years of experience as a dental hygienist from West Virginia. Becky moved to Florida with her husband to be close to her family which includes 3 children and 5 grandchildren. She enjoys entertaining and spending time with her friends and family.

Went for wife's tooth extraction evaluation, very professional staff and very attentive. Would highly recommend if you need a dentist in the Stuart area.

Dr. DETTORI is AMAZING!! I did not need ANY calming medicine which no matter what kind of dentist appt., I always get. This time it was a quick get me in appt., so no time for a prescription. I DID NOT NEED IT OR "laughing gas". She was so gentle and with minor pinching when novicating but that is all. I didn't even hurt the next day. I am so amazed with Dr. Dettori and staff. I know I will refer ANYONE to this office.

Dr. Dettori and her staff were professional from start to finish. I never thought I would say this about having a root canal, but the whole experience was painless. I love her bedside manner and would highly recommend this office to anyone. Especially if they have any apprehension when it comes to visiting the dentist, as I did before this experience. While visiting my son from out of state, his dentist Dr Spears referred me to Dr Dettori to see if my cracked tooth could be saved and gave me an appt that same afternoon because they were considerate of my pain. Unfortunately it could not be saved and Dr Spears extracted it the following morning.As a retired health care professional, I can't praise Dr Dettori and her staff enough for the care I received!

Dr. Dettori is a very caring and compassionate endodontist. She listens to you thoroughly, and in her examinations, will tell you whether you need a root canal or not--yes, believer it! She makes you feel at ease and wants you to keep in touch in case a tooth issue comes back in the future. If you do need a root canal, she images quite a bit to ensure the proper treatment. Everything is explained before each step of the process. It is pain free. The constant aching and pain I had for weeks was eliminated the next day. Her office is extremely efficient and bills properly to your insurance. Tells you exactly how much you will owe. They also send records over to your dentist and coordinates pre-medications if necessary. She gets my highest recommendation--you won't find a better endodontist practice in FL!

My experience at Dr. Dettori's office was fantastic! She saved my tooth! I was told by other offices to get an extraction, I was in such excruciating pain, but Dr. Dettori was able to find the culprit tooth and was able to squeeze me in for a root canal, even though I was only going in for consultation! She took her time and was very gentle. I didn't experience any pain from start to finish, and she explained step by step what was being done. Her whole team of ladies are wonderful too, going above and beyond helping me and making me feel super comfortable.

When I started to feel pain in one of my teeth I knew from past experiences I probably needed a root canal. They took me right away even though I was a new patient. Can't say enough good things about my experience.

I have had 2 root canals with Dr. Dettori. She is the best. She talks you through the whole process start to finish. Dr. Dettori is very friendly, professional and caring. The whole staff is amazing! They check on you the next day to make sure you're feeling better. If you have to get a root canal look no further than Dr. Dettori!

I was having a tooth emergency. Joy without hesitation got me in same day. Everyone in this office is kind, pleasant and very compassionate. I would highly recommend! The Dr is funny as hell too! Lol I'm so grateful !!!

In the words of Tina Turner " simply the best- better than all the rest!" Was referred to Dr. Dettori by Dr. Squire (Treasure Coast Dental) for some extremely challenging root canals in an effort to save my teeth. Previous root canals were done over 40 years ago and because of decay the canals had calcified over making them extremely hard to find let alone clean up. Dr. Dettori got the job done through her ability and determination. The staff was wonderful and the office clean and comfortable. I now have a beautiful smile that I'm very grateful for.

Best dental experience I've ever had! Kimberly really knows what she's doing and she doesn't waste any time. I felt confident that I was in good hands. All of the staff was friendly too. I don't want another root canal but if I need one I know where I'm going.

I was referred to Dr. Detorri by my dentist because I had a problem tooth that required a specialist. Everyone in the office is helpful, informative and very pleasant. How do you talk about a Root Canal? I Start by saying I had a great deal of nervous thoughts about the procedure. Most of my friends are in the medical field in some way,so we joked about it.I even had the opportunity to do some Voice Over for the A.D.A. with a Dentist friend of mine ,and we covered the subject.Now it is my turn.
