The support staff was cheerful, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to be thereno grumbling undertones. I had a short wait before being set up in my room, where I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Jim carefully reviewed all if my medications and the reasons I was taking each before proceeding. He ascertained that I was well-numbed before beginning the extraction, and was as gentle as possible.
