Dr. Struckhoff and Dr. Britt are amazing, as well as the staff. Two of our children have already had braces through this office and now our son, who just had a great experience with his consult. Always on time, in and out in a timely manner and a very sweet, professional staff. We always got in last minute, if we needed to. We highly recommend Struckhoff Orthodontics!!

We have had 4 kiddos get braces through Struckhoff Orthodontics and have had a wonderful experience each time. The knowledgeable staff does a great job of making the kids feel at ease as well as taking care of their orthodontic needs. We highly recommend Struckhoff!

Every. Stinking. Visit. Jena is having her braces put on today. Keep in mind, between her shark teeth, needing an extraction, and then the government shutdown, this is only our 3rd time here in 10 months. Neither she nor I are "regulars" here yet. We don't have an established relationship with the doctor or staff yet. We had seen them one time, 9 months earlier, when they asked me to send my 11 yo in alone last month. They confirmed her appointment last week via text. I ask if I will be permitted in the office, as she is only 11 yo. They respond, in writing, that since she is having a procedure done, yes, one parent can come in. Okay. Good. I get here. I go in. I'm informed at the door that I can stay only long enough to fill out the paperwork and pay, then I have to leave. Not wanting to embarrass my daughter, who is already really nervous, I fume silently. This is not what was communicated to us. So... I can come in so you can take my money, but not to provide moral support for my extremely nervous child? Got it, I see your priorities. They call Jena back. I assume to start her procedure, so I stay in my chair. A minute later, the lady comes back and says "you were supposed to come too, we need you to pay". I explain that I didn't know. Last time I was here you wouldn't let me in the building, now I'm supposed up know that I go back with her, after I've been told I'm only here to pay? She says something like "that's how we do it", and I respond with "better communication would help".

The office is the most efficient office I have experienced. We arrived 30+ minutes early today and they were already ready for us and got us in within five minutes, although we were prepared to wait until our appt time. They usually tell you how long the next appt will take and so far they have been spot on! The staff is friendly and the office is very clean. Great job!

Dr. Struckhoff and her staff have always taken great care of us, we have had multiple family members have their orthodontics done here and we have always had great experiences!

Our first time coming here. The experience exceeded all expectations. Very friendly staff, and they did so good explaining everything to me, and made sure my 8 year old could understand. Highly recommend.

2 out of my 3 kids have gone to Struckhoff Orthodontics and the only reason my 1st kid didn't go there was we lived in another city. Dr. Struckhoff and her team are amazing! Definitely recommend them!

Very knowledgeable! Plus the office staff are so sweet, and when you have to invest that much $ and time at one place, it's important that the staff are kind and great to work with...also...love the chapsticks ;)
