My family and I have been going to Stroudsburg Family Dental for about seven years now ever since Dr. Iglio and her wonderful team took over from my previous dentist who retired. Dr. Iglio is always up to date with the latest dental techniques and technology which allows her to provide outstanding, painless dental care. The entire team is knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend Stroudsburg Family Dental.

The dentist is gentle and nice, I did not get dond any major procedure there but she looks very knowlegeable. The dental hygienist is very good, what this office does not have - a good front desk. I had appointment scheduled and got all reminders, I have adjust my working hours, and when I came, I saw closed office, nobody even bothered to call me and inform that there is a problem in the office and they would not work. NOBODY! Next day they called to apologize I expess my frustration and I was told if I would to go to other office they will be glad to transfer my records. So let it be, will go to other office with better care for me. Would not recommend this office until they change the front desk management.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Willing to answer any and all questions and seemed to genuinely care about all their patients. Definitely recommend.

Tried to schedule an emergency visit for an abscessed tooth. I'm very new to the area so I haven't had a chance to be set up as a patient anywhere. Was told by person who answered the phone "you need to be a patient" then they immediately hung up on me. Even if you can't take me in, that is not how you handle a patient who is in massive amounts of pain calling you in tears. I will never EVER go to this office or recommend it to anybody if this is how they treat people in pain. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Yet another horrible dentist in this area. The big gal up front who manages this crummy business can't schedule for the life of her, constantly made billing mistakes, won't own up to it, is lazy and the employees are as phony as the photos on their website. What a joke. Go ahead, try to call in at 9am and see what happens, or ask for a detailed receipt. You WONT GET ONE. HA. All the 5 star reviews on this site must be fake.

Dr. Iglio is the best dentist I have seen. She is the most patient, honest and very knowledgeable dentist. The staff is great! The office manager is great at explaining procedures, insurance, and any bills I've received.

Not an honest establishment. Office manager billed my wife and myself for procedures that we weren't supposed to get charged for. I approached the office manager about the complaint and she was making all types of excuses for the repeated bills. I personally would not recommend this place.

I'm a new patient and I was shocked at how easy of a transition it was to switch from my old dentist. Huge bonus that this office is accepting new patients as most in the area are not right now. Highly recommend Dr. Iglio.

Amazing staff! I had an issue with my insurance and the office manager, Krissy, went out of her way to help correct a mistake my insurance company made. I'm so grateful to have found a dentist office in the area that I can depend on!!

Extremely friendly, kind, and caring. They remember who you are, you aren't just another number to walk through their doors. Made my 2 year old feel extremely comfortable with her 1st ever cleaning. The actual dentist knows her stuff and does a complete thorough exam including checking jaw hinges and lymph node to ensure you really do have good mouth health in all aspects. 1st dentist I ever had do that. I would highly highly recommend them.
