Dr. Theodorou received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry Degree from Tufts Dental School in 1994 and passed the National Boards in 2000. He has headed several successful dental practices in the greater Cleveland, Northeast Ohio and Toledo areas and has appeared on WKYC-TV, WOIO-TV and other Cleveland media outlets for his expertise in the field of laser dentistry and dental health.
Certified in Lumineers, Invisalign Orthodontics, IV Sedation, Sleep Apnea/Snoring and Laser Technology, Dr., T. as he is known to his staff and patients, is focused on offering Cleveland the best the dental industry has to offer.

I was in the emergency room for 4 days with a nasty tooth infection that turned into facial cellulitis. It was the worst pain I've been in in my life. I wasn't responding to antibiotics, I went to 4 different dentists and begged all of them to do something for the pain, and nobody would do anything to help me. My parents had me go into Dr. T's office and he figured out all he had to do was cut the infection open and drain it! Now I'm on the way to recovery and I'll be able to get the root canal done since the infection and swelling are finally going away.

Ok. So as a witness to the Jack situation that you so intently seem to be denying was an issue here is what happened. For starters it is not illegal to post whatever you want, this is a country with free speech after all and this is a public forum. Telling someone you will leave a negative review for a negative situation that actually occurred does not constitute a threat.So please stop threatening people. You really would benefit from learning to apologize to people when you are wrong. Secondly, I witnessed this whole situation first hand. This patient that you claim is trying to slander you came to you for help in a dental emergency. You point blank turned him away without help while his entire face was swollen and he was in excruciating pain. I mean what kind of a doctor does that? You were very quick to take his money when he wanted teeth whitening services, but were very reluctant to help him when he had an actual dental issue., despite his attempts to follow proper channels with you. Then you wanted to charge him money for a visit in which you did absolutely nothing other than throw your hands up and say sorry I can't help you? I couldn't fathom telling one of my patients I'm sorry I can't help you if they were in excruciating pain. Shame on you. If you do not want people leaving you bad reviews, then you should not treat people this way when they come to you for help. I mean have you ever had an abscess? It is literally the most painful thing in the world. I sincerely hope that you never do, and if you do happen to have one someday, I sincerely hope that whoever you go to for help does not treat you the way that you treated this person. Don't give me your stupid legal threatening garbage, I know better.

Existing patient called in on a Monday in extreme pain from a wisdom tooth. Could not get me in the office till Thursday. Barely slept for days in pain. Finally the day came to be seen. While in the office gave me an x-ray that I did not ask for (they did x-rays on me just a month or two prior), but they insisted because they needed to see where the pain was. Decided to hit my tooth with a metal rod to see which one hurts when I already told the dentist which one hurt. I told the dentist I just wanted it pulled because the wisdom tooth underneath of it was already pulled long time ago. Instead, he wanted to refer me to a dentist that does root canals because they do not perform that procedure. So I would have to wait till the following week to see someone else (I guess there is more money in root canals than pulling a tooth). The dentist refused to give me anything for pain in the meantime, till I could be seen by the root canal specialist or do anything else for me. So I left the office in more pain then when I arrived. I went to a dentist down the street had a tooth pulled that same day. The only problem I've had since is Strongsville dental laser had the audacity to send me a bill for my exam and x-ray. They did absolutely nothing to help me while I was there and left me worse off than when I began. I tried to call them to work things out, but obviously money now is more important than retaining a client. UPDATE: posting a bunch of fake five star reviews for your business is no way to run a business. After dealing with this place, there is absolutely no way these are all real reviews. Also, me saying that I am going to be posting my experience online is not a threat. It's what I actually did and I told you what I was going to do. I wasn't trying to leverage that to get my refund?? So petty. Just showing the true colors of your business.

This team helped make my dreams of having that perfect white smile a reality!! For YEARS, I was not happy with my smile, it was gummy and my teeth were naturally smaller. My bite was fine, so I knew it was more of a aesthetics issue.That is when I came across veneers during my research and lumineers seemed even better because of the minimal prep to the teeth. I was nervous getting them on just because of the what ifs and some horror stories I found on the internet, but I am so unbelievably happy with the outcome. I'm still smiling days after the procedure. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. T, Cindy and Lisa for lumineers. They are the experts!! I love them so much that eventually I will get my bottom teeth done.

When my crown broke off less than a week before Fourth of July, I assumed I'd have to wait until after the holiday to get in. Although I wasn't in any pain, they did everything they could to get me in before the busy weekend. They got me in the next day and even though I had lost the tooth and they had to extract it, they made time to do it so I could enjoy my holiday! Dr. Theodorou and his staff are so caring and nice as well as so knowledgeable and good at dentistry. It is now only about 19 hours after having all this done, there is no swelling left and it feels so good! I will definitely go back to Dr. Theodorou to now do the finishing work on this tooth "area" and the rest of my dental work. They are awesome!
