This place gave me a big surprise after 2 years with it: last week When I was ready for a treatment that was prescheduled 3 months ago, at its front desk they asked me to sign new policies by which I'd have to pay $10 Covid fee and 1.5% monthly interest on any delayed payment. I declined, so they refused to give me the scheduled treatment. Note that they had called me to remind me of the appointmt yet did not mention the new policies, apparently meant to corner me on spot: sign it or go home. I had owed them $12.40, and got almost weekly billing for a month or so. I called them and said I'd pay it at this appointment--and they agreed. Then they put on this scene of policies after i got there! I did pay that $12.40 and Ms Jessica Brook signed the receipt and hand-wrote "..."tx cannot be provided..." Is this a bank? Check it out yourself.

I've been going the Strong Smiles in Odenton for over a decade. It's clean, the staff is friendly and professional, the doctors are talented, the office is set-up for efficiency, and it is easy to get an appointment that suits your schedule. My teeth were always a problem. Fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, restorations, I've had them all. I was too embarrassed of my front teeth to even smile anymore. I had my 8 front teeth restored by Dr Nateghy and couldn't be happier. Wow! So Awesome!! I couldn't begin to explain the positive impact this has had. Easily a "Game Changer". Dr. Nateghy does some fantastic work. I have been impressed more than a few times by his advanced skill set and dedication to his craft. In all my experiences at Strong Smiles, I have always been made to feel welcome and comfortable. I recommend them to all.

This is the worst dentist office I've ever been too. First, the doctor stated I needed several crowns. He said, "I would just crown these old filings because i don't want you coming back blaming me if the tooth fractures". I haven't had any problems with my fillings. Red flag. I went back to my original dentist for a second opinion and was told this was not the case. I only switched dentists because of distance. Than they are trying to charge me over $500 for a cleaning and X-rays, even though I have insurance. I called my insurance company and they informed me I only owe $155. But this office keeps sending me a bill for $500. Ridiculous. Update: I finally was able to get clarification from the office manager that I don't owe anything. She was very helpful. I still believe the dentist was incompetent with his recommendations. And I keep getting a bill in the mail.

Literally the best! Always accommodating during a dental emergency. They are compassionate and always explaining what's going to happen/the cost/reheat importance of each thing. I like to stay informed and they always provide me with the information about my teeth/what's going on.

Absolutely love this office! They are so professional, friendly and impeccably detailed in their cleanings and dental work! Their office hours are so convenient. Shelly is amazing and makes you feel like a million bucks afterwards!

This place is a scam!!! Go elsewhere. The front office is very unorganized and the Invisalign program is incredibly outdated. As a military member, I voluntarily ordered an Invisalign treatment and never got a phone call telling me my trays were ready. I had already started paying and not getting treatment. I finally called them and the lady in the front office said, "yea they've been ready. They've been here for a while. When do you want to come in?" I made an appointment and Ultimately received two treatments. There is always a risk of receiving immediate military orders. For me, It happened. I received orders to Japan and I had to leave Maryland without completing my treatment. My teeth are still not fixed. I only had three visits (initial consult and two treatments). Without a contract, I was told I would receive nine months of Invisalign trays, adjustments and a permanent retainer. I did not complete the treatment and I do not have a retainer in my mouth. I should not be sent to collections for a case that is nowhere near complete. I am willing to pay for the three visits I did attend. This dental clinic is sending me to collections claiming I owe them the entire Invisalign treatment without pro-rating the treatment I received. Do not trust these people with your teeth, take your business elsewhere!

Dr. Moukwa and Ms. Denise, the Dental Assistant, did an awesome job on my dental implant procedure in March 2021. It is an intricate process to ensure a perfect fit. I am extremely impressed by their professionalism. They worked with precision and care, checking every little detail. Dr. Moukwa and Ms. Denise lived the values of the company, working with determination and focus to give me STRONG SMILES with my new dental implants. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I am happy that I invested my money in getting implants done at a dental clinic with very competent professionals.

Before today the last good experience I had with a dentist was as a child. As an adult I didn't have dental insurance for many years and when I finally did ALL the dentist I've gone to made me feel bad about the condition of my teeth and questioned why I neglected caring for them. Those experiences made me not go to the dentist until I had another issue that usually involved pain until it was unbearable and I had no choice but go try and find another dentist that would probably make me feel bad again. I felt such anxiety just walking into the dentist today because I thought here I go again to be lectured on the neglect of my teeth. That didn't happen today! Dr Moukwa is a wonderful dentist that treated me with dignity and respect. I had two teeth pulled and left happy, so happy to find someone that is truly compassionate. She wants to make a plan with me to care for my remaining teeth and to fix some issues that make me not smile as big as I would like. I am actually excited to go to my next appointment to discuss and plan our next moves to me having better dental hygiene. If you're looking for a compassionate dentist that will treat you with dignity and respect no matter the condition of your teeth, this is the place for you! Thank you Dr Moukwa & the staff at Strong Smiles.

very good experience, had a tooth emergency early saturday morning, from the phone call to make the appt. to the office to fix my problem was very good . front desk person was courteous and pleasant. office staff the same, and the dentist was very gentle and explained the entire procedure.I was very pleasantly surprised.

Had a good session with this business today. After a bad experience with my previous dentist, I had a lot of anxiety about finding another. Professional, thoughtful, and friendly. Didn't even second guess scheduling an appointment for 6 months from now. Really great with Tricare.

Dr. Nateghi is the best!!!! He's patient, he listens, he's caring, and is a perfectionist!! I cannot stop smiling! All of my experiences were enjoyable because he and his staff are amazing!! Dr. Netaghi made me feel more like a great friend than a patient. I feel like I'm part of the Strong Smiles family! I very highly recommend Dr. Netaghi and his team!! Thanks for being awesomely wonderful!!

I had an amazing experience Today with the Strong Smiles Dentist Office. The Staff, especially My Dentist, and Dentist Tech, were absolutely wonderful! In the end, Everyone has their own Dentist and Dental Office. This was my 2nd experience and both times I left the Strong Smiles Dental Center with a Strong Smile Highly Recommended 100% Rotten Tomatoes

Went in for a cleaning yesterday since the Army Dental Office got temporarily shut down. Front desk staff were nice. The dental hygienist, Morgan, did a good job and was super friendly. Only saw the doctor for a hot minute and he thanked me for my service. Overall a pleasant experience considering it was a trip to the dentist. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was extremely friendly and Dr. Nateghi was awesome! My mother was extremely nervous and he and staff comforted her through the entire procedure. Highly recommended!

I have received the highest level of care from Dr Nateghi and I have been to many dentists ....so I can recognize a true professional! He knows his business! He is very personable and a great listener which is important to me. He has corrected inferior work from prior dentists. He is an artist in creating dental appliances ! I would recommend him 5 * plus!!! His staff is terrific as well from the front desk back! Bravo!

Our hygienist was very professional and thorough. Her and the dentist were great with my sons whom are 2 and 4 year old. They both enjoyed the experience, we will be back in 6 months
