Honest feedback: do not go to this dentist. I had been going to them for several years and had a crown done in 2016. I paid around 800 to 1000 and then one year later received a bill for almost 400. When I called their office manager was extremely rude, swore at me on multiple calls and hung up on me. They incorrectly ran my old insurance even though I provided my new. This was done when I got the temporary crown. I had to pay in two installments yet this was somehow never caught within multiple weeks time. I was then sent this bill w no contact and was told I should have made sure and should have called for them to verify the insurance. They now have sent me to collections as of October 2022 this many years later because I called them a month ago and requested in writing what happened. Petty is the word that comes to mind and the fact that they were so hostile to me when I tried to make resolution without them on multiple occasions is the worst part. I asked to speak w different people so many times, and every time Debbie calls me back and refuses to speak to me with dignity and respect. Is this how you do business and send customers to collections 6 years later randomly? Lastly, I also had a similar experience leading up to this as other. Did a root canal, ended up being down wrong, told me my tooth cracked and I need a crown and then they had this money fiasco. I have since gone to two other dentists that all day my crown has to be replaced because it's too large and is now causing issues w my surrounding teeth.

I have horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist, and streetsboro dental always makes sure I'm okay and not in pain while they're doing work!

They need Dr Anna back! She did my top dentures and literally went all out like 20 sessions to make them perfect sent them back all kinds of amazing things for me this new dentist there did my bottoms I cry all the time cuz he told me nothing he can do my smile is ruined and it effects my life so bad he didn't care I can't even talk with them and told him when he did the molds they were way to big still got them and td me that there's nothing he can do thanks ruined my smile and Confidence

I do not recommend Streetsboro Dental. They botched my root canal and I had to get a re-treatment from a specialist because they cannot fix the work they mess up. They lied and told me my tooth was cracked and it needed pulled. The specialists assured me it wasn't. I was told insurance covered my crown, it does but not until January so now I'm stuck with a root canal filling they did in 15 minutes for 5 months. They didn't numb me so I know she didn't go back down far enough to get everything out. They'll tell you services are a certain price without actually checking your insurance. I sat in the chair thinking I was getting my crown just to leave disappointed. I'm also a dual insurance carrier, they'll definitely show discrimination between the two. The place is dirty but hey what do you expect from a plaza dentist. Finally happy to move on and end my services here!

So far i have had a very pleasent experience. I had a half root canal from a previous dentist that hurt me so bad that i never went back. Streetsboro dental fixed my tooth and rebuilt it with absolutely no pain. I will contiune to get all my work done here from now on.

Called here in excruciating pain for a an emergency (same day) Wisdom tooth visit, and this office was one of the only places that felt my pain... Danielle scheduled me same day! When I arrived, Josie, Cassie, and Heather took care of me, before I met Dr. Duncan... Each and every one of them handled me with care, Dr. Duncan is a Gem, he had me fixed up in a matter of minutes; literally! I wanted to give a special thank you to this team for their incredible office and Dental skills.... Thank you again; Dr. Duncan Nurse Danielle, Heather, Josie and Cassie

I would say it just really feels like they don't care about you at all in there. Just another time slot And if the next appointment is coming up they will The dental assistant to do the work. They are not the least bit gentle and it's just a race to the next appointment.

I would definitely recommend this dentist office! Everyone was so nice and caring from the beginning of my appointment until the end... Emily was the hygienist she made both my son and I feel so comfortable being there... I am so afraid of the dentist but found comfort knowing they offer different sedation options for each procedure...They are very timely, we were in and out on a same day appointment....My whole family just found a new dentist

My tooth was hurting, my face and jaw were swollen up, I couldn't eat solid food and had trouble talking. The pain level was a 9. I asked could they help me get the tooth pulled but no one would address the problem before the Memorial Day Holiday. I got no return phone call, so I had to find another dentist to pull the tooth. That dentist said he didn't want me to have to suffer for another week till Streetsboro dental gets back from the Holiday. The tooth was fractured in many small pieces. He put me on a strong antibiotic to clear up the infection. He said Streetsboro dental gave me an old weak antibiotic that doesn't work well. Also, the dentist at Streetsboro Dental marked the wrong tooth number on my paperwork. If you are an older adult who sometimes needs extra care, don't go to this office.

I had a horrible toothache for days and was unable to get an appointment for 8 days. I called back and they worked me in on a busy day. My appointment was on time- I was in and out in no time! Dr. Haley and the entire staff were compassionate, professional and thorough. The office is very clean, as well. I highly recommend Streetsboro Dental!!

Non conforming office hours for people who actually work. They want to make everything a separate appointment making you have to time even more time off of work. Told me to take my business elsewhere

Had to get a root canal, convinced me it was my best option. Go in to get it done before thanksgiving, and they do everything but cap it. Tell me I have to come back for 2 sessions that cost $600 that my insurance doesn't cover and to be very careful or I'll lose my tooth. Would have been nice to know it wasn't covered cause I was told it was. Now I'm in worse pain and do not have the money to fix it like I should.

This place is so unprofessional. I have had to reschedule my cavity work 3 times Bc they keep saying the dr is out for the day and they call the day of the appt. To tell me. I have had cavity pain for 2 months now Bc they can never get the scheduling right. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Don't go here.

Have had multiple bad experiences here and have no idea why I kept going back. I am now paying almost 10000 elsewhere to fix a mistake that they made! (Drill bit broke off in my root) Not only did they cost me a tooth but also had to have a few filling redone because they were not done correctly. I also have not been there for over a year now and ended up with a bill in the mail just now??? Strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Why are you discussing people's dental issues and appointments publicly on Google? Isn't that a violation of hipaa..? And FYI I did bring up my concerns and communicated I was still experiencing pain. I was told it was "normal" and everything was fine. And it seems I'm not the only one with a similar experience. Went in for a filling, and a month later I was still having horrible pain. I was told it was "normal" and it would take time to fully heal. 3-4 months later the pain was SO bad I was sent home from work. I got a second opinion from another dentist and found out I have an infection and now need a root canal to fix what streetsboro dental did. Same thing happened to my sister, except they cracked her tooth.

EDIT:::: in reply to their reply i went back in December a month after it was done and then in May and was told it needed more time to heal. So nice try in saying I didn't come back. I gave this office 3 chances to fix it. The last time I went is when it was said "the root canal wasn't done thoroughly, and yes I have that recorded" then was given a wrong antibiotic. I went back before severe problems arose. This place doesn't even deserve a star. I went here because it was recommended by someone and I needed a root canal. Dr. Rosenthal did my "root canal" if that's what you want to call it. I went back to the office 3 times after the supposed root canal and kept getting different dentists to check on the issue. All 3 times was told that it just needed to heal more and it would be fine. I went back again because the pain was so intense and I couldn't eat. The dentist who saw me said in her own words "root canals are hard to do and you may need a re treat root canal from a specialist." I found a specialist and they were appalled at the botched work that was done, the dentist didn't place a crown over the root canal, he didn't take all the root out, the filling that he did was not done properly, the dentist cracked my tooth at the last appointment which was proven in the xrays and then to top it off they didn't give me the correct antibiotics which caused the infection to spread, instead of treating it. Now I have to get my tooth pulled and have to pay out of pocket to fix what this place did to me. So I do not recommend this place at all. Stay far away from this place! Definitely reporting this place! My insurance is well aware of this place and are looking into the practice.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend them. And unlike other dentists offices they will get you in asap and not have you waiting forever.
