He then earned his bachelors degree in zoology from The Ohio State University in 2012. Where to start?! This "so called Dr" is not honest. I went there for a simple cleaning. I called before hand to verify that they did take my insurance and how much was covered. Simple enough right? Wrong! Her bedside manner is that of someone that has no pulse or just sees most people, in my opinion as $. I wasn't happy with her bedside manner so I left. Later, I get billed for work she never completed. I'm already filling a complaint with the BBB, The Ohio Dental Board etc and my insurance company for work not performed. Doctors should not be allowed to work under such underhanded (In my opinion) ways. You take a oath when you become a Doctor, The Hippocratic Oath taken by dentists to promise to do no intentional harm to patients. The oath also describes the importance of sympathy and understanding throughout the care of a patient. Qualities in my opinion she truly lacks. This is just my opinion and I stand by it. Thanks..

The doctors, techs and staff are friendly and show the utmost concern for your comfort and dental health. I've had some bad experiences at other dental clinics in the past but Dr. Resnick made sure to put me at ease. I've had great dental work done. Highly recommend. I've tried several places and this is the best.

This is the best dental practice I've visited. After bouncing around to a few different ones many years ago I came here and will never leave. In addition to an extremely friendly and caring staff they utilize the latest technology to ensure your teeth are always their best.

I have always had a huge fear of dental work and Dr. Tetelman and his staff have bent over backwards to make me feel comfortable every time I am there, which is often. I have had fillings, extractions, veneers, and implants done and everything was completed perfectly. Anytime I have an issue, they see me in a timely manner. The staff are so kind, caring and wonderful to me every time I am seen or call. I would highly recommend Dr. Tetelman or any of his partners to anyone!!

My wife decided to give this office a chance. But come to find out later what they did mostly in my opinion and after talking to my wife was seemingly pressure her to come in over and over for as many procedures as possible. Without any regards to the current status of our insurance coverage during each visit. I say this because my wifes portion of dental insurance had maxed out around 2 to 3 months prior to the calls reminding her to come in for more work!! This office, also from my understanding failed to explain, inform, or even give my wife a courteous type of insurance max out warning during her more recent visits to the office! But, again constantly called her to make new appointments for new percedures. They choose this practice instead of coming up with temporary dental solutions that would be effective in allowing the insurance to reset. Very disappointing :( When I called respectfully for answers to why? Lori tried in my opinion to make excuses and pass the blam for what I feel are disingenuous practices. Especially when it came to customer insurance reminders during office visits, and insurance billing practices. When I asked why wouldn't someone or even the Dentist remind my wife or any customer during an office visit their coverage had maxed out. Especially if it maxed out 2 months prior to the current procedures they are constantly billing us for, and were asking my wife to come in and move forward with. Lori said quote "Dentist don't have time to personally remind the customers of those things, they are only there to do dentist type work and that's it. I said 1.that's not true because my Dentist does those things routinely, and 2. If a dentist in this day and age doesnt't have time to remind customers of a procedure coming up that they may have to pay solely out-of-pocket for, they might want to find the time to do so & confirm if its still ok. Just incase billing didnt choose to do so, and in this case billing didnt choose to do so! Which to me comes across as a bit shady, disingenuous, and frankly not nice. Billing and the Dentist should be working hand in hand. So as to make sure customer is ok and happy on both ends of the job that's being done for them. Which would include their mouth and their expenses. So if you say I'm the only person that might complain about this? Then that's still 1 too many. Especially in this day and age of trying to run or grow a buisness etc. A customers opinion and their perception on how you do things should be respected. Word of mouth & having respect for every customer is everything when running a buisness. I say that because I was a restaurant and retail food manager for almost 20 years. So I know the importance of dealing with the people that keep your buisness profitable. So, in saying that. I went on to explain to Lori that my wife didn't want to be just reminded over and over for new procedures and apponitments, but to instead use that same reminder process for maybe asking & reminding her and other customers like her that their insurance has reached it's llimits, and WILL NOT be covered in any way, and to make sure this is understood. Also there should be constant reminders communicated over and over stating that there are cheaper temporary dental solutions available untill your insurance resets. Like other Dentist offices I've visited over the years. But, instead of explaining to me how they could have done a much better job in those areas I mentioned above. So that we may make an informed decision on if my wife and children wanted to continue doing buisness with this company and office. She (Lori) choose to hang up on me instead :( Even after I warned her that it would be rude to do so, she did it any way, WOWI!!! Like I mentioned above customer service, their opinion, and their perception of your company/office should matter. Unless you could care less if you keep them or anyone else they talk to as customers or not. I guess not in this case, again WOW!!!!
