Dr. Peterson is also a LaSalle County native growing up in the small community of Norway, IL. Kelissa graduated from Serena High School in 2011. While growing up, she was active in 4-H: showing dairy cows and pigs at the local fairs, while also playing softball, basketball, and volleyball.
Dr. Peterson attended the University of St. Francis in Joliet, completing her bachelors in Biology. While attending USF, Kelissa was an honors student and was inducted into TriBeta, the National Biological Honor Society during her junior year.
Dr. Peterson graduated from Midwestern University in 2019 with her Doctorate in Dental Medicine. She is currently a proud member of the Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society, the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and the Illinois Valley Dental Society.
I feel very fortunate to be able to return home to the Illinois Valley to practice dentistry, Dr. Peterson says, Being able to come back to the community who supported me as I worked my way through school is very exciting, and I look forward to being able to give back to the LaSalle County area.
Dr. Peterson is working to become an avid world traveler. In the past, choosing to travel with a purpose, having attended mission trips to Bolivia and the Dominican Republic. Her most recent trip to the Dominican Republic resulted in providing dental care to many in the beautiful community of Samana.
When home, Dr. Peterson enjoys spending time with her parents, siblings, and her many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Whether it be attending games, or supporting her cousins showing their 4-H animals, planning events for Ben & Flos Eleven, (her familys Relay for Life team), Dr. Petersons community spirit shows through. Hobbies include reading, going to the YMCA, and everything Disney!
Jenny was born and raised in Streator. She graduated from Southern Illinois University (Carbondale) with her bachelor's degree in dental hygiene in 2015. She is certified in local anesthetic administration, CPR, and enjoys taking continuing education courses. Jenny joined our team in 2014 as a dental assistant and after graduating SIUC she returned to our practice as one of our dental hygienists. Jenny resides in Streator with her husband, Nathan. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and hunting.
Tracie is a 1988 graduate of IVCC with her dental assisting certificate. She has 20 years of dental assisting experience in Streator, along with many years of medical office secretarial experience. She has been with our practice since August of 2019 and enjoys chairside assisting and making patients feel welcome and cared for!
Tracie and her husband Mike have two sons, Hunter and Luke. She enjoys being with family, watching the Streator High School Band, going to the movie theater, baking, walking, scrapbooking, reading self-development books, and life coaching.

They looked out for me. They knew what kind of pain I was...instead of me waiting 2 weeks for an appointment...they fit me in and they got me in the same day as when I called. The staff is so nice and compassionate. Highly recommend them to anyone!!! I cannot thank them enough.

I recently had a toothache and got in right away to be seen by my Dentist. It turned out, it had to be pulled. They did everything to facilitate my comfort and ease my fears. It was done gently and quickly. They are the best dental team I have had in my 60 years! Highly recommend ~

The entire staff is outstanding!! Dr Peterson was fantastic!! Thoroughly examined my teeth, explaining treatment options, and developing a plan moving forward!! Tracey is wonderful, I left the office feeling confident!! Thank you for being so genuine!!!

Dr. Graham Hands down dentist of the year. Had an issue a few weeks back where a random bump formed on the roof of my mouth, called him and he got me in the same day and had me out in less than an hour, no bump, and a whole lot more comfortable. Highly reccomend streator family dental for not only there great dentist's, but there awesome assistants and friendly clerks. Every time myself or my family has an issue, they're right there to take care of us!

I was treated with such kindness, compassion and professionalism. Dr and assistances explained what they were going to do. Dr explained things in my terms so I understood. They had up to date technology and I just can't say enough about this team! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

These people have destroyed my fear of going to the dentist. Dr Graham and his staff are fantastic. If the goal is pain-free dentistry, this is as close as you can get.
