All members of the staff are trained on these procedures and safe-guards to insure your continued health.
Insurance and Financial At Streamwood Smiles, we strive to provide affordable, cost-effective dental care for the entire family. One way to achieve this goal is to assist you with the payment of your bill. We do accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and a third party financing system-Care Credit. Care Credit is a convenient way to get all the treatment you need and take all the time you need to pay.
Regarding insurance coverage, we accept most dental insurance plans. For you convenience, our office will assist you with completing necessary forms, submitting a pre-treatment/claim on your behalf, and review your dental benefits with you. We do require that the deductible, estimated co-payment, and services not covered be paid at the time of service. We will do our best to accurately estimate what your insurance company will pay towards normally covered services.

I love this place. First you walk in and it's impeccably clean. The folks at the front desk are nice and efficient. My tech was Jennifer - did a great job, no pain. And Doc is always a pleasure.

Great place! My first time there and I was impressed with Dr.Schneider and his staff. Very friendly and very clean and Health Conscience.And they had a camera device that lets you see your teeth on a TV screen on the wall during your visit! I'm glad we found this place! My whole family is going to come to this Dentist!

Update after getting fillings the drs office called me this morning to ask hows my mouth and any pain and that made me smile knowing I made a great choice switching. Never had a dentist do that courtesy. I had such a great experience I told my family and they are interested in coming to his office.

Fantastic experience! Dr. Schneider and the entire team at Streamwood Smiles are simply wonderful. Dr. Schneider is always patient while answering questions, and informs me of what he is doing in a way that I can easily understand and demonstrates his expertise. Jenny, the dental hygienist, always leaves my teeth looking clean and bright. She also explains and gives me tips on how to keep my teeth and gums as healthy as possible. The front office staff of Becky and Sarah are so easy to work with with managing my appointments and changing them when needed - they are greatly appreciated. Kristina, the dental assistant, assisted dr. Schneider when I was having a recent root canal. The entire process was both painless and flawless. What a great team! I highly recommend this office for anyone who is looking for excellent dental care and customer service.

I have been going to Streamwood Smiles for 10 years and when my children reached the age of needing regular cleanings they have been attending as well. My kids are now 9 and 6. My kids love going to the dentist!! We have received nothing but the best care!!! My daughter especially!!! She was diagnosed with sleep apnea and we got nowhere when speaking to her pediatrician when describing symptoms. Dr. Chris helped us seek out an ENT that was able to help our daughter and the problem was corrected. Their health and well being was just as important to the practice as it is to us. To find a practice with such dedication to its clients is unfounded compared to my personal experience. I have not found this type of caring and friendly service anywhere else.

I have been going to Streamwood Smiles for many years and love Dr Schneider and the whole entire staff. They are always pleasant and caring. They dont make you wait for long and see you when they book your appointment. Since I have been going for so long, everyone is like an old friend to me. And Streamwood Smiles is not just for adults. I now have children and bring them in and the staff are absolutely wonderful with them. Thank you Streamwood Smiles for helping us keep our teeth healthy!

It saddens me to write this incident because my entire family (6 people) have been going to Dr Schneider successfully and happily since 2012 but unfortunately today was the last day! We will all be going to a dentist that not only does good work but also RESPECTS! He always tries to get everyone to get wisdom teeth removed and other pricey procedures on optional non bothersome dental issues. And we just say no thanks. Take the quotes and again say thanks but not interested. But wow guess no boundaries because if you have toddlers please do your research! Dr Schneider adviced my daughter in law to get 2 minor cavities filled on my 4 year old grandson. These are his baby teeth and none of us felt this was immediately necessary, are there other options? Would he have to be put under? We've heard of toddlers being put under to fill baby teeth cavities only to never wake up! I asked my son and daughter in law to consider taking him to the appointment but further discuss this research (below). I accompanied my daughter in law as both her and my grandson had appointments, initially they called my grandson in and his mother said she wanted to go first to be with him when it was his turn and also let him see the drilling was not going to hurt her. About 5 minutes after she was taken, I was in the waiting room with my grandson, Dr Schneider came out completely ignored me didn't say good afternoon or even look at me. He went straight to my 4 year old grandson and took him by the hand to the back. I assumed his mother had asked for him and was left just thinking how rude it was that the dentist didn't even acknowledge me. About 3 minutes later I hear my grandson crying and I am thinking his mother was going to see if the cavities were able to be monitored since they aren't bothering him and we could wait since baby teeth fall out, she had questions why is my grandson crying? I got up and walked over there to find Dr Schneider and an assistant over my grandson with their tools in hand inside my grandson's mouth! I loudly asked my daughter in law who was still getting work done in another room if she knew they had her son back here if she had given permission and she came running saying NO! I told Dr Schneider off! How can they be so deceitful about taking a 4 year old alone when he knows that on ALL previous visits for check ups this little boy has always had his mother or grandmother with him. If we didn't leave him alone for regular check ups why would we leave him alone for something more serious! I am disgusted because I am now convinced that his ignoring me was purposeful so I didn't ask questions while he already had every intention of getting to work on a 4 year olds mouth! ..."Some 40 per cent of five-year-olds have tooth decay and at least one in ten is treated with fillings. But evidence from the case notes of 50 dentists suggests fillings may not offer significant benefits. Professor Martin Tickle, of the University of Manchester, found no difference in the numbers of extractions for pain or infection whether baby teeth had been filled or not. A 2003 survey of parents of five-year-olds found only six per cent would want their child to have a filling if they had symptomless decay."
