It is our mission to provide high quality, affordable dental care for patients of all ages, using the latest techniques to improve treatment outcomes and reduce treatment time. Your smile says a lot about you and what you think not only of yourself, but also of those around you. In fact, studies have shown that patients rate teeth and eyes as the most important features in an attractive face.
Dr. Stratton earned his Doctorate degree at the UNLV School of Dental Medicine in 2007. He attended Southern Utah University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2003, majoring in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Spanish.
As a young adult, Dr. Stratton graduated high school as a proud Hurricane Tiger and pursued a career as a machinist before he left on a two year religious mission in Paraguay. Upon returning home he married his high school sweetheart, Alisa. He returned to machining as he attended college in anticipation of a career in dentistry which would satisfy his need to work with his hands and also allow him to further his education in the study of biology and the human body.
He enjoys the outdoors with his wife and four children. Some of his interests are four-wheeling, hiking, geocaching, and spending time on Kolob mountain. He also enjoys seeking further education. Whenever possible, Dr. Stratton attends continuing education courses to keep up with technology as it relates to the field of dentistry. It is very important to him to provide his patients with the best care available.
Alex has been working with Dr. Stratton since he opened his practice in 2007. Alex has worked in every position in the office, with exception of masquerading as a Doctor or Hygienist. She now coordinates all things, front office and back office, and is your go-to person for all of your treatment needs. She graduated with her BSN degree at Nevada State College. In her spare time, she enjoys the company of her husband and family, and she is always up-to-date on all the TV show gossip.
Morgan joined the Stratton Dental team in April of 2014 as Dr. Strattons assistant. She has worked her way up now to the office manager position. She enjoys spending time with her husband, family in Colorado, playing with her dogs, and binge watching her favorite Netflix shows. Her favorite food is Mexican; the spicier the better!
Alayna joined the Stratton Dental Team in August of 2018. She has been assisting for 3 years and enjoys patient care. She loves visiting her home town of Minersville, Utah and enjoys long drives with her husband Truce. Her favorite holiday is the fourth of July. She also enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews.
Ellie joined the Stratton Dental Team in October of 2018. She loves any outdoor activity including hiking, hunting, kayaking, and camping. Ellie has been in the dental field for 7 years and is fluent in sign language. Her favorite pick me up after a long day is a cold Dr. Pepper. When shes not at the office you can find her with her husband Chad relaxing and catching up on their favorite Netflix shows.
Mayson joined the Stratton Dental team March 2019. She likes to spend time with her family and friends. She is currently attending UNLV to further her education. If you have any favorite books make sure to share them with her as she is a big fan of reading.
Victoria joined the Stratton Dental team in February 2017. She brings over 10 years of dental industry experience with her. Before becoming a hygienist, Victoria was a dental assistant. Following her dream, she graduated in 2010 from College of Southern Nevada with an Associates of Science degree in Dental Hygiene and continued to further her education in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. In her spare time she loves to travel to San Francisco with her husband and spend time with her nieces and nephews.
Mandy has been with Dr. Stratton since the opening of his practice in 2007. She graduated from the College of Southern Nevada Dental Hygiene Program and has 8+ years of experience in hygiene. She was a dental assistant for six years prior to becoming a hygienist so she is highly knowledgeable in the dental field. She enjoys running and spending time with her husband and their three children.
Barbara joined the Stratton Dental team in June 2013. She has 20+ years of dental hygiene experience and truly enjoys the time she spends with her patients. You can often hear laughter coming from her treatment room. She is a dedicated wife and mother and enjoys spending time with her family every chance she gets.
Adrienne has been with Dr. Stratton since the opening of his practice in 2007. She has 20+ years of hygiene/patient experience and provides her patients with the same dedicated service she has given since her first day as a hygienist. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially her handsome and oh so active Grandson.
Jan has been in the dental field for over 25 years, she started as an orthodontist assistant. She has worked in all aspects of a dental office. Jan graduated CSN, with her hygiene degree in 2006, and enjoys helping patients reach their optimal dental health. She has been with the Stratton Dental off and on since 2007. She loves adventures, travel and especially spending time with her family.
