Dr. Dainesi received both her undergraduate and dental degrees from New York University, completing a general practice residency from St. Francis Hospital in Connecticut in 1994. She joined the practice in 1997 when Dr. Weaver retired.

Dr. Nichols graduated from Conestoga Valley High School in 1992 and Franklin & Marshall College in 1995. He received his D.M.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1999 and completed a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, in 2000.

He and his wife, Bran, live in Lancaster and have one grown son. Mark enjoys traveling, listening to music and playing music (percussion and guitar), riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his family in his spare time. He is also a part of the Praise Band at his church. Dr. Nichols joined Strasburg Dental Group in 2007 after 8 years in private practice.

Amy Thomas is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. She started with Strasburg Dental Group in September of 2017. Amy enjoys getting to know the patients and being a part of their restorative treatment. She loves to travel, spend time with her son, family and friends, and garden in her spare time.

Beth Rimmer graduated from Temple University School of Dental Hygiene in 1986. She is a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist as well as a Public Health Dental Health Practitioner. Beth joined Dr Nicholss team at SDG in 2013. Her goal is to help her patients achieve and maintain their dental health. She enjoys getting to know her patients, educating them about the importance of dental health and the options currently available in dentistry.

Kylee Garman is a Registered Dental Hygienist and started with Strasburg Dental Group in 2013. She earned her dental hygiene degree from Harcum College in 2012 and enjoyed making patients feel comfortable and relaxed during their dental visits. Kylee enjoys running, playing/coaching field hockey, hunting, and traveling with family. She is a mother of 3 beautiful children.

Michelle Watson joined Strasburg Dental Group in 2015 as a Dental Assistant. She is a 2000 graduate of the Lancaster Career and Technology Center. She dedicates herself to helping educate the patients, providing excellent patient care, and making their dental experience a positive one. Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends and taking walks with her two shelties in her personal time.

Morgan Geli joined Strasburg Dental Group in 2021 as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. She is a 2013 graduate of YTI. She dedicates herself to making her patients feel comfortable from the minute they arrive until they leave and answering any questions they may have. In her personal time, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband Alex, son Hayden and dog Mia. She also enjoys being outside, painting, and being with family and friends.

Paula Burger is a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been employed by Strasburg Dental Group since 2010. She received her dental hygiene degree from Temple University in 1983 and became a Licensed Dental Hygiene Practitioner in 2009. Paula is committed to embracing new techniques, always looking to make the dental visit more comfortable. Keeping up with the latest dental products and procedures allows her to educate the patients and enhance their dental health. Spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren are what she enjoys the most. A Christian, she attends LCBC -Manheim serving in Kid-Ministry. In her spare time, she enjoys floral arranging, traveling, and Penn State sports. Paula feels very blessed to live in the USA!

Rebecca Deckman is a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been providing care at Strasburg Dental Group since 2011. She started with the dental practice as a Dental Assistant but returned to school to earn her degree in dental hygiene from Harcum College in 2015. Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children.

Allie Hertzler is both a Dental Assistant and a Front Desk Scheduling Receptionist, having graduated from YTI Career Institute in 2016. She joined the Strasburg Dental Group in February 2017. Here she enjoys her many roles in the office, from scheduling patients to assisting the doctors in various procedures. She makes it a priority for patients to feel warm and welcome. In her free time, Allie enjoys shopping, spending time with her family, and of course, going to the beach!

Becky Becker is a Front Desk Scheduling Receptionist who joined the Strasburg Dental Group in August of 2016. Having been in many fields in the dental business through the years, Becky enjoys being in general practice and helping all the patients here in Strasburg. She is married with 3 grown children, 2 grown step-children, and a grandson. Becky is active in her church in Lititz, and her passion is helping ladies accessorize with her Park Lane Jewelry business.

She joined Strasburg Dental Group as a Dental Assistant in 2008. In 2019 she took over the position of Office Manager. Her 30+ years of retail management experience helps her manage office expenses, project management, and Human Resources.

In her spare time, Brane enjoys live theatre, movies, traveling, and cross-stitching. As animal lovers, her husband, Dr. Mark Nichols, always has dogs in their home. They are the parents of one human son and 3 Boston Terriers.

Josephine Gaissert is an Accounts Receivable Assistant. She has been employed by Strasburg Dental Group since 1990 after moving to the area. She is committed to her job and enjoys working with the doctors, staff, and patients. Josephine has three children, eight grandchildren, and two great-grandsons. Her passion is spending time with family and friends, sightseeing, and taking daily walks.

Sue Smoker is a Front Desk Scheduling Receptionist and started with Strasburg Dental Group in 2003. She enjoys greeting patients and helping them with any insurance and treatment concerns. Sue and her husband have 2 children and 4 beautiful granddaughters. She enjoys spending time with her family and vacationing at their place in Myrtle Beach, SC in her free time.
