My son Levi has been in treatment for over 2 years with 8 months to go. We are paid in full and are relocating to another state far away. I sacrificed get bracers for him to lift his self esteem and determination to live. Levi has one kidney and on the Transplant list for renal failure. I tried getting refund for the next 8 months of treatment since we will not be here to complete it. Despite our situation I was refused any refund. Levi is very sad and disappointed because there has not been any significant change in his appearance since bracers treatment

Today was our first time here and the service was amazing. The staff was wonderful, respectful, pleasant and friendly. The office is very clean. We were in and out. I would recommend all of my family and friends to StraightSet Orthodontist

I asked to speak to the head manager of this establishment and received terrible customer service. The head manager was rude, aggressive in her approach, and did not allow me to express myself. I was fortunate enough to receive the help from a young lady named Nelly. Nelly did a very good job interpreting, she was kind, she listened. She's the kind of person this establishment should hire. As of right now I would not recommend this office.

Second time getting braces and I'm so thankful my dentist recommended! Beautiful modern office with the most up to date technology. All of the doctors and assisting staff are amazing. 10/10 recommend

Ruined my daughter's teeth. After over 2 year of follow up, the new dentist told us its time to remove the braces because the roots of her teeth are already very short already. When the braces were removed her over bite is worse than before. And they told us the only way to fix it is through surgery. The staff are nice but the dentist seems she doesn't care.
