Jeffrey R. McKechnie DMD, FAGD is a 1973 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. After practicing with his father in Pennsylvania for seven years, Dr. McKechnie and his wife, Lucinda, moved to Vermont. From 1979 1995, he practiced in Burlington, Vermont while his wife taught at the University of Vermont School of Dental Hygiene. Together they restored an 1817 historic building located in the heart of Stowe village and converted it to a family residence and dental office in 1985. Here they raised their two children and continue to practice dentistry.

Dr. McKechnie is an alumni of the post-graduate Dawson Academy of Advanced Dental Studies and the Pankey Institute. In 1981, he was awarded a fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) for completing a post-graduate curriculum. His continued commitment to continuing education includes implant, prosthetic and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. McKechnie is an active member of the American Dental Association, Vermont State Dental Society and Academy of General Dentistry. He has served on the Vermont State Dental Society Board as treasurer and chairman of the continuing education committee, and was as associate professor at the University of Vermont School of Dental Hygiene.

Christopher P. Altadonna, DDS, is a 1999 graduate of the New York University College of Dentistry and completed his residency in general dentistry from St. Barnabas Hospital, Bronx, New York in 2000. He practiced in Westchester County, New York before moving to Stowe, Vermont in 2002 where he became a partner in the dental practice of Jeffrey R. McKechnie, DMD.

Dr. Altadonna is an alumni of the post-graduate Dawson Academy of Advanced Dental Studies. His commitment to continuing education includes courses in cosmetic and pediatric dentistry, and endodontics. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Vermont State Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Champlain Valley Dental Society.

Lucinda B. McKechnie, RDH, BS, is a graduate of theUniversity of Pennsylvania School of Oral Hygiene and has been practicing clinical dental hygiene for more than 40 years. In addition to clinical practice, she has been active in academia, altruism, and continuing education. She has presented programs in periodontal therapy at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, as well as professional meetings and private practice settings throughout the country. She has visited Vietnam five time to donate her time and clinical skills with Operation Smile, an international childrens medical charity that provides cleft lip and palate surgeries to those without access to treatment. In December of 2012, she was recognized in a national, professional journal as one of, Six Dental Hygienists You Want To Know. Mrs. McKechnie was selected for her excellence in clinical practice and her diverse professional experiences over a long career. In April of 2012, she was accepted into the American Academy of Dental Hygiene, Inc. Currently she serves on the Vermont State Dental Society committee for continuing education and is engaged in private practice with her husband Jeffrey R, McKechnie DMD, and Christopher P. Altadonna DDS, and Nicholas A. Bryan DMD, in Stowe, Vermont, focusing on periodontal therapy.
