Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

Our dental office uses the latest state-of-the-art equipment and cutting edge technology and we uphold the strictest sterilization techniques. We know that many people may feel anxious about coming to the dentist, so it is our goal to make your visit with us as pain and anxiety free as possible. We view it as our mission to educate our patients about all of their oral health care options and to help guide them to choose a treatment plan that is most suitable and appropriate for their needs.
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover credit cards as well as cash and personal checks. We accept many insurance plans including BCBS, Delta Dental, MetLife, Cigna and Aetna. To find out if we accept your plan, please call our office.

From start to finish, the entire experience at this office was amazing. The front desk staff, insurance/payment coordinator, hygienist and Dr. were all very pleasant. Dr. Klepacz and her assistant eased my dental anxiety which I have always struggled with. Highly recommend.

The doctors are great, but the management staff are terrible! If you complain about the appointment availability - or lack there of, they'll ban you from their (or rather their employers') practice. Shallow and immature, this once valued provider is nothing but a pathetic practice that does not care for their customers/patients. Avoid at all costs!!

I am a new patient. Today was my first visit and I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. Waiting area was super clean and the office administrator was very friendly. Emily, the dental hygienist, could not have been nicer. She walked me through everything and did such a great job. I would say my teeth are slightly sensitive and I felt almost no pain during the cleaning. Dr Emmons came in to make sure everything was in working order. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

I wanted to see they would make me a new tray to wear at night to keep my teeth in place from the Invisalign treatment I finished a while back... The current one cracked... It seemed like a simple request since its something my last dentist did without any issue. I called and went with the new patient option and the person that answered seemed clueless and didn't seem to know much of anything. You would of thought I was asking the most difficult question that could ever be asked lol. So now waiting to hear back from this same person since she doesn't know if they can make a new tray............ You work for a dentist, take new patient appointments yet don't know what your office can and can't do. Sounds great... NEXT! lol

I have been going here for years and have never had any problems! The staff is very professional and knowledgeable but also friendly and welcoming. I generally don't like going to the dentist but since coming here I don't have that anxiety anymore.

I always hated going to the dentist and gives me so much anxiety. Dr. Klepacz at Stow family dentist makes you feel comfortable, super gentle, and makes cleanings enjoyable. I will never go somewhere else. Always will reccommmend to anyone looking for a good dentist.

Truly great customer service is a rarity these days. Fortunatley I've had plenty of GREAT customer/dental services for over 8 years thanks to Margaret Klepacz and her staff. My only regret... I wish I had found Stow Family Dentists sooner, there should be 10 stars available for them. Everyone is extremely professional and caring.

I have been going to Stow Family Dentist since it opened. The staff and Dr. Klepacz are the most professional I have ever been to. Dr. Klepacz is so gentle and takes any anxiety out of going to the dentist. She went above and beyond for my daughter when she needed implants. I have had a crown done with one visit (amazing in and of itself) and so impressed with everything she procedure she has done. Her staff are just as professional as she is. I could not be more pleased that she is my dentist!
