Had a great experience with Dr. Nguyen! She took her time and made sure my temporary crown fit with no issues. She also has cleaned my teeth. It was a little rough buttttt She cleaned the hell out of my teeth so I appreciated the roughness!! She also referred me to an awesome Endodontist for my extensive dental work!! I love Dr. Nguyen and I couldn't be happier!

I've been coming to Story Dental for about 3 years now. I had my braces done here and several cleanings. I love this place! Everyone is super sweet and they get everything done super fast! Filling cavities can be very scary, but I was never uncomfortable in the chair. Thank you so much for taking care of my teeth and making them look amazing! You guys are the best! :)

Pero despues fue la sorpresa danaron todo mi tratamiento y ya no pude ni usar mi aseguranza.

Story Dental has been so patient with my Mom who has Alzheimer's and they worked her in this morning. She needed a tooth pulled, that was causing the left side of her face to swell. She was so nervous, but The staff is so friendly and always keep you informed during her procedure. Thank you Sheila Williams

My son needed emergency extraction they got him in right away. The staff is very professional, kind, and the facility is clean. The physician was very patient with him..which is rare in pediatrics. I highly recommend!

Bad experience 1st time going there I was recommended by Affinity dental on Story the closed down there Irving location and recommended this place.. awful experience this dentist Nguyen try to rush did not really show she cared.. I went in with a molar issue she just filed down the filling.. than she did the cleaning and poked my gums so bad like she was rushing.. i will just drive to Roanoke to Affinity even though is a drive they are the best!! Go at your own risk!! Good luck.. that was my experience.. Dentist Nguyen you need to show more care and not rush that's just my feedback.. your too ruthless..

Great customer service! After 4 years of not going to the dentist I felt a bit scared to see one. But they made feel very comfortable and as well explained the process of what was being done. Overall great experience and now I can say I have a dentist for life. Highly recommend!

I went for an last minute dental emergency. They were able to see me right away, same day and were very kind and great. The staff was nice and kept me calm and collected despite my situation. Overall I am certainly happy and satisfied.
