You make decisions daily that affect the outcome of your childs life. Some of the biggest decisions are purchasing a car, paying for college and braces. Braceswill truly change your childs life and their future. A constant question in the back of every parents mind is: how do I help ensure these are the best years of my childs life? So many firsts will happen while in your care: first day of middle school, first presentation in class, first date, first kiss, first job. The real world will take over soon enough. Theres no reason to let your childs smile ruin any of this. When they look back at these years, every mom and dad hopes their child will have wonderful memories. But a crooked or spaced smile can blemish these smiles unnecessarily, because orthodontics canquickly and easily give them a sensational smile that will last a lifetime.

Orthodontic exams, not braces, are recommended when a child turns age 7. This exam allows Dr. Stork to assess any potential obstacles to your childs growth and development. Treatment at an early age can be more minimally invasive which can save your child time in treatment later, save permanent teeth from being extracted, and can even help avoid future jaw surgery. There is no need to worry or feel like a bad parent if your child is over age 7. Just be sure to call and schedule yourStork Smile Assessment today so that Dr. Stork can evaluate if treatment should be begin now. The best part is that your Stork Smile Assessment is FREE!

During the middle school years or between the ages of 10-13 can be the best time to begin orthodontic treatment. During this time your child is still growing which allows for easier tooth movement and jaw alignment that may not be possible without surgeries or extractions if treatment begins later in life.

As we age, our teeth will always want to shift or move. While you may have passed on orthodontic treatment as a child, regardless of reason, you may be noticing youre biting your lip or cheek when you eat, you have spaces where you didnt before, or your mouth just feels a little crowded. You may just be searching for a more aesthetically pleasing smile. Dr. Stork and his team are here for you! They will do all they can to give you a great smile that you love to show off. It is NEVER too late to get braces. Just ask Dr. Storks oldest patient, who recently celebrated their 85th birthday!

Many adults are hesitant about getting orthodontic treatment. Some are concerned about the investment of time and money, many others are concerned about wearing braces and how they will look while in treatment. You many share some of these concerns as well. Stork Orthodontics offers several types of braces that are more discreet that traditional metal braces. Options include Damon System Braces, ceramic braces, and Invisalign. We want to assure you, it is never too late to get the smile youll love for years to come!

Because of covid and the dentist rescheduling for a trip they left a power chain on too long for my child. When I noticed the permanent spot on her teeth they took it off. They told me they'd chat about it after they got the braces off, but when the day came there was no follow up, they pretended like nothing was there. I had to keep reminding them about what they said they would do. They give prizes to clients for reviews. They give prizes to their employees to get people to leave reviews. Overall it started to all feel disingenuous and left a bad impression. We are going elsewhere for our other children.
