Dr. Daniela Sever earned her degree from Harvard School of Dental Medicine, and then went on to a general practice residency at the Boston V.A. Hospital. Throughout her career, Dr. Sever has been committed to life-long learning and professional development for herself, as well as her team. In the last 12 years, Dr. Sever became interested in the field of Dental Sleep Medicine and has undertaken extensive study in this area. She has studied with nationally and internationally renowned educators and clinicians. Several years ago, the office was accredited by the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM), one of the first twenty in the entire country. Dr. Sever is also certified by the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine.
Nicole was born and raised on the South Shore of Boston. She brings extensive knowledge of sleep and sleep disordered breathing issues and uses it every day to help patients regain lost sleep. She enjoys meeting new patients and is thrilled to be able to support the best quality of life for our sleep deprived patients. Outside of work, Nicole takes care of her son, spends time with family and enjoys playing sports.
Roisin is a radiology certified dental assistant and has been a great asset to our team. In her spare time, she likes to run and be outdoors. Roisin has obtained advanced education in sleep disordered breathing and istrained to recognize and help manage snoring and Sleep Apnea issues.
Julie is our medical insurance expert and will guide you through the process of maximizing your insurance benefits in the field of sleep-disordered breathing and sleep apnea. Julie is kind and patient (which is important with insurance company work!). Julie enjoys spending time with her children, travelling and loves gardening!

Dr.Sever and her entire staff are awesome. They were very knowledgeable in relation to the oral appliance and answered all my questions and concerns. As far as the oral appliance goes, I am extremely happy... wake up feeling much better and actually dreaming. I know a lot of people who have the CPAP and most have a struggle adjusting to wearing, so when I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and was introduced to the oral appliance as an option, there was no doubt in my mind that I wanted to give it a try. Thank you to Dr. Sever and her staff - keep up the great work helping those with sleep apnea :)

FYI: The mouthpiece has a scale of 1-6. Increase by 1/2-1 on the scale every 7-10 days over a period of 2-3 months while utilizing the sleep app, ( bearing in mind that the ultimate goal is to have a sleep score that is 5 or less ). Is what I found to be the most efficient and effective way to quickly and fully utilize my mouthpiece. So that I can finally have a normal/healthy sleep pattern. For me the before and after was day and night. With the help of Dr Sever and her staff I was finaly able to put it behind me. And move forward in a way thats improved my quality of my life. They where professional, knowledgeable and courteous. If not, I wouldnt drive the hour and a half it takes to get here. Looking forward to my next visit. Thanks Doc, Best of luck to the rest of you.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience at this office! After trying a CPAP machine for a year and a half (7 different masks), I finally found something that works for my sleep apnea. The oral appliance has been life changing for me. I felt better, more energetic after the first night of using the oral appliance from Dr. Sever. Also, every woman in this office was so welcoming. Dr. Sever, Nicole, Julie, and Roisin were all so kind and patient. I highly recommend Dr. Sever's office to anyone who is struggling with sleep apnea.

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea years ago. Initially I had a CPAP machine and then got an oral device to help with the sleep apnea. The technology and techniques have evolved with time and I recently upgraded my oral device solution for sleep apnea with Stop Snoring Boston. I have been really impressed with the time and investment that the team took to assess my sleep apnea issues and the tailored solution that they selected for me based on my sleep patterns. I've been using the upgraded oral device for over a month and thanks to my better sleep I am much more well rested and having the best dream sleep that I have had in decades. I have also found that my ability to concentrate and stay alert during the day has improved considerably. I am 23 years old and I have been a patient of Dr. Sever for two years now. Her and her staff are kind, helpful, and relatable. I notice a big difference when I do not wear my device- I can't sleep, and when I do sleep I am still exhausted afterward. With the device in I feel less constricted (instead of being attached to a machine) and much more comfortable, and certainly wake up feeling much more refreshed and ready to go. I am so glad I was introduced to this device, and I highly recommend it as well as Dr.Sever, her staff, and their services.

After debating CPAP vs Oral Appliance for a year I finally pursued an appliance with Dr Sever as a less invasive option. From the moment I walked thru the door I was handled with professionalism and care by Dr Sever and the entire team at Stop Snoring. 8 weeks later I am refreshed when I wake up in the morning and my wife says I don't snore anymore! Great service, great team, great solution! Highly recommend.

After horrendous trips through Temporomandibular disorder (TMD) and finding no lasting answers (having consulted a dentist, an ENT specialist and a maxillofacial surgeon), Dr Sever did the magic! Never did I know my TMD pain is connected to my sleep disorder! Dr Sever made the link that is instrumental in embarking on the right course of treatment. I am glad that I escaped an invasive maxillomandibular fixation but rather got a splint device helping with my upper airway resistance syndrome to rest my jaw and heal my TMJ. Thank you Dr Daniela Sever MAGIC!!!

Every person I dealt with there was outstanding. As far as the appliance; it works great. No snoring. I tried the CPAP and it was fine for a few months but it eventually bothered me. The oral appliance is great. No pain or discomfort for me. I highly and strongly recommend both Dr. Sever and her team as well as the appliance. I've referred a few people as well. No more snoring, great sleep, happy wife.

Dr. Sever did everything to make the custom made mouthpiece (for sleep apnea) as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend you try this effective alternative to a CPAP with Dr. Sever's help.

Dr. Sever and her team were amazing with me. I came in having had failed in natural attempts at relief as well as two separate attempts at the CPAP machine and countless different masks. My apnea was severe (about 60 on the scale if your familiar). My consultation was informative and easy. I wasn't pressured but decided on a slightly more modern model from ProSomnus. The device came in short time and really was comfortable from the get go. I use it every night and you really can barely tell. I got a sleep study done with the device and happy to report that my apnea now ranked as a 4!!! That's completely in the normal range. Dr. Sever and her team cured my sleep apnea and i am forever grateful. If you're struggling with comfort in any of your devices go see Dr. Sever!! Thanks!

I'm a fairly fit, slim guy so when I started going down the road of horrible sleep, I never thought it would be sleep apnea. But when I was diagnosed, the thought of wearing a CPAP was out of the question (I'm often a belly sleeper and the logistics of that just don't work well). Dr. Sever's staff has been so pleasant and the device itself basically restored my life. I have a 1-year-old at home and I could no longer afford to have the mood swings and snappy fits that come from consistent lack of sleep (which started long before my baby arrived). Only a couple of months in and it's really changed everything for the better. I highly recommend Dr. Sever and her staff!

Great experience with Dr. Sever and her staff. Roisin and Nicole were both a pleasure, as is the front desk. Most importantly, I love the mouthpiece compared to a cpap machine with the hoses. Pop in the mouthpiece at night, and see you in the morning. The hoses disrupted every nights sleep and made things even worse. I've only been wearing the mouthpiece one month now, but so far so great!

Hi all! As I am sitting here at my desk at home starting another work from home week I wanted to let the office know how grateful I am. I know it's only been about 4 days since I have used my appliance but I have not snored once (according to my wife) since I started using this last week. I feel so refreshed and energized in the morning and I haven't felt that way in about 15 years. I almost forgot what it felt like to actually have energy and be refreshed and ready for the day. I wanted to let everyone know at the office again, how thankful I am. From Dr. Severe all the way down the experience has been top notch. I have a friend and also my parents dealing with CPAP problems and I hope to be sending them your way! Thanks again !
