Dr. Cullens was asked to be an Oral Maxillofacial Surgery instructor for the Special Forces Medical Sergeant Course. He has been an instructor since 2014 and was invited to the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center in 2016.
The mission of the U.S. Armys Special Operations Center of Excellence is to train, educate, develop and manage the world-class Civil Affairs, Psychological Operations and Special Forces warriors and leaders in order to provide our nation with highly educated, innovative and adaptive operators.
Dr. Cullens is proud to be a part of these elite service men and women and honors them by wearing the Schoolhouse pin on his surgical coat. We also honor our veterans by displaying the service flags of our staff in the clinic entry.

Had my wisdom teeth pulled in march, they were so rough doing so they ripped the corner of my mouth. I have nerve damage in my bottom lip (cant feel it) and all they say is this is normal and it will come back.... 8 months later it's still not back. Do not go here for anything, you may also look up Dr. Cullins past in Arkansas. I wish I would have!

Don't complain that their website isn't working because they will decline to see you as a patient. Glad I didn't actually end up actually inside their office, sounds like somewhere you won't get taken care of like a human being.

First of all, I do not appreciate being put on hold for 20 flipping minutes just to cancel an appt!! I'm pulling my hair out bc I've called 6 times, each time immediately put on hold. There is no other method of contact listed on their website. No email or even an automated option to speak to anyone about appointments. They answer and say "hold please" and then they're gone, leaving you on hold indefinitely. If the office is THAT busy, then offer an alternative way of contacting, especially for ppl cancelling appointments or even ppl needing info in a timely manner. Geez.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with fears of oral surgery. They were clean friendly and made sure I was comfortable through the entire process.

Dr. Cullens is amazing , he love his clients like they are family. He doesn't get ANGRY like the other girl with the arm tattoos, whenever I scream because I can't deal with pain with needles .. hes very understanding. His female worker didn't know what she was doing while inserting the needle in my arm she poked me twice and messed up then blamed it on me . Dr Cullens came right in and got the job done with NO mistakes or ATTITUDE!!! THANKS DOCTOR CULLENS

Employee's are very rude and not to mention on the day of or right before your appointment they seem to wanna reschedule would have been 3 time's if yah don't put your foot down. Also the management there needs lose her attitude she isn't capable of running a petting zoo. Let alone a dentist office .

I had a very very good experience at Stonewood hills. I have been hurt for three months beginning to get to this place cause of a feeling and I tried three places but I kept having to wait and wait so finally I got referred to this place and they knocked it out no time and I'm very thankful was treated with respect and they took care of me and I couldn't have asked for better amazing job Stonewood!!!!

This place is an absolute nightmare. The doctor makes inappropriate comments about my medical condition. The office staff are very unprofessional and rude, don't return phone calls or greet you when you walk in the door.

The staff was very nice and friendly. I absolutely would recommend this place. They are fantastic. Generally I am terrified of the dentist but this experience changed the whole way I think about getting work done on my teeth. I was in and out in no time and they made sure that I was well prepared with aftercare instructions and meds before the procedure even started. All in all I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I had to go and have a full mouth extraction, the staff is the best, I got there and they were very comforting.. I got back in the room and Dr. Cullen's put my iv in, and first of all I'm terrified of needles but he did great, I didn't even feel a thing when he put my iv in.They got me comfortable and the next thing I remember is the car ride home. My mouth heald up faster than I thought, I was eating regular food within a week after the surgery. "I know for sure I will be going back to them for implants as soon as I can." I definitely recommend them for anyone who will be trying to find a surgeon of there kind!!

Rocky and the entire team helped me see the end from the beginning of this procedure. I never felt a thing during the procedure. The first dentist they didn't play country music at. They explained everything in consult, follow up and answered all my questions. Ensured all pharmacology was in place before the day of surgery. Excellent team and would trust them to refer my friends.
