It is with great sadness that we say farewell to Dr. Ronald Sarosi. He has been a member of our team and helped us provide quality dental care in Central Texas for the last decade. While we are sad to see him go, we wish him well as he returns to his full time practice in Michigan. Thank you for being a member of the Stonewood family, Dr. Sarosi. You will be greatly missed!

GREAT me and my little brother had the BEST experience (First time) My brother hasn't had the best time's at the dentist so im glad that now here at stone wood he can enjoy getting his teeth cleaned

My daughter and I went in as a walk in and they were able to see us fairly quickly and Dr.Childress made sure my daughter was taken care of and out of pain that day. The staff was so nice and the office is beautiful. We will definitely be back for our Dental needs.

I'm sorry to say .. after years of using Dr. Childress , his staff isn't what it was. It's really sad honestly is the best policy has disappeared .

It's been a long time since I've gotten the Service I became accustomed to since moving back to Texas from Virginia. If you're looking for GREAT SERVICE. PLEASE! PLEASE! Check this Dental Office out.

Me and my kids have been using Stonewood Dental for at least 5 years with no issues. Both of my kids needed teeth pulled and caps put on, they're 9&11. When the appointment was scheduled after their cleaning nothing was mentioned about no gas at their location, we assumed a FAMILY practice would have this for the younger patients. The appointment is at 2pm for the older kid, they deaden his mouth at 2:30 and did not come and work on his teeth until 3:30!! The younger kid is sitting there, getting nervous and anxious about the needle. It's finally the youngest kids turn and he cries when the dentist comes in. He looked at my kid and said "If he's crying, we won't do this" and left. He came back a second time and of course he cried a little again and the dentist just said "nope" and walked out. The staff were extremely polite and helpful as usual, this wasn't their fault. The dentist needs to work on bedside manners. If you don't have the patience for a kid frightened of needles (and this was his first experience with the dentist other than routine cleaning) then maybe you don't need a FAMILY practice. It should also be stated somewhere that gas isn't an option, we wouldn't have even made the appointment had we known. They've lost a longtime customer due to how this situation was handled.

I've been with this dentist for almost 10 years and will be having to switch now do to some recent unprofessional practices. Dr. Childress was extremely rude to me during my fillings. He made several comments like "chill out" and "you're causing your own pain" Horrifying for someone like me who already has some extreme anxiety about the dentist. And thank god my girlfriend was in the room to let me know after that he was periodically on his phone with his gloves and then would continue working in my mouth.

Received a very disturbing phone call today got yelled at threatened and banned from this clinic because they forgot to provide something for my child a so called Dr. That was very unprofessional took it into his hands to make that loud and clear.

The staff is very amazing it was great in the beginning been going more than a year almost two but today was a very bad experience for me I took my son in because of an abscess my son is 2 y Dr Childress didn't give me no antibiotic or anything so I went to another dentist office they gave me a antibiotic and told me it's unhealthy not to start any antibiotics Dr Childress was not happy with that he called me and started yelling at me and said he no longer wants to see my son Dr Childress is very unprofessional he didn't even let speak

I have to give 1 star or it would be less. I had a crown done by another dentist in Waco which triggered severe TMJ. I made an emergency appointment with Dr. Childress which I had sewn in the past, because I could not get an appointment with the original dentist that dis the work. Dr. Childress mentioned a balance I had not paid, looked at my mouth, took his dental instrument and put it in my mouth and sanded the top of my new crown and the tooth next to it. Now, I have a rough surface on the crown and my tooth next to it has a sharp edge that causes me to bite my jaw when I'm eating. There needs to be more State governing of dental practices. He should not be allowed to get away with purposely causing damage. He is evil and very unprofessional. Karma will bite him.

I've been very happy with this Dental Office for the last 3yrs. Well, they brought a new Office Manager in and I guess she wanted the Staff that I was the lady that dated her man. Because,I was asked by the Hygienist if I was the Ex..WHAT? TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They as soon as I was laid back for my cleaning she walked in to discuss a ring being found on the vehicle floor. I've found a new Dentist, but hate my past relationship had to be the cause of this unnecessary treatment. And no I wasn't usually nice self. Good forgive me. But this should have happened...

Spent over $1000 here with no insurance all out of pocket. They tell me I need a filling or I'll lose the tooth so they make me an appointment sounds great. I call 2 days before the appointment to ask what time because I forgot the time. I'm told I have no appointment crazy I have all the paperwork for it. I immediately make a new appointment with a different dentist that actually has laughing gas also so I don't have to deal with any of pain or people forgetting my appointment where you get straight cash from me to hurt my mouth. What a joke.

Poor customer service when setting or rescheduling appointments, they act like they do not need your business and they're doing you a favor. Definitely would not recommend!

Dr. Childress and his staff are great! He does not rush and is willing to wait as long as need until you are fully numb! I didn't feel anything besides pressure just like he said! He doesn't beat around the bush and tells you what you need to hear and will answer any questions you may have! His staff is really nice and helpful as well!
